Beef with Beetroot and Mushroom | Served with Sauce Made from Orange and Spring Onion
Hi guys, I am basically from Bangladesh a country in Indian Subcontinent. As you can understand those countries are all about curry. I moved to Eastern Europe before 9 years and slowly I got used to European cuisine. Its lighter than Asian and taste different. So, here I am with a new recipe. It's my signature dish but inspired by European style of cuisine and a bit of Asian style in sauce making. So, lets jump into it.

<h2>Preparing the Beef</h2>
First, I  will show how to prepare the Beef with mushroom and then I will make the sauce.
<h3>Ingredients</h3>

* three fine slices of beef 
* salt 
*  pepper
* mushroom
* oil

<h3> Process </h3>
* First we will heat the fry pan let it be hot and then pour some oil. When the oil is hot, lets mix the beef with a bit salt and pepper and put it on the fry pan and with the mushrooms we do the same. You have to be careful with this process as the beef should be fried evenly.

Try to cook in medium heat as you don't want any of the ingredient to get burnt.
<h2> Preparing the Sauce </h2>
<h3> Ingredients</h3>
* one orange
* chopped spring onion
* green chili
* coriander powder
* sweet chili powder

<h3> Process </h3>
* let put the chopped spring onion, green chili, parsley in the fry pan in oil. Add orange juice slowly and add some water as well. Mix them well and add some coriander powder, cumin powder and sweet chili powder as well and mix it until they get a bit think.

<h2> Plating </h2>
I used some plating tools for the food to look good while plating but I am no expert, just learning. I used only the sauce and didn't used the mushy part of the sauce. To make those small points I used squeeze bottle. I used some parsley, beet root under the beef a bit of spring onion, mushroom. That's all I did. I am looking forward to your feedback.

Is the orange always a part of Bangladesh food? Haha I need to start cooking with it or eating something with it. I don't find it in recipes here that much, probably except in few Chinese restaurants. Nice plating btw and as usual it looks yummy!
