It is a typical sweet from my country Venezuela, known as Bocadillo de Plátano (Plantain sweet bars). Stay with me to see the ingredients and preparation.</p></div>

<div class="text-justify"><p><li>500 g of white sugar / 500 g de azúcar blanco.</li></p></div>
<div class="text-justify"><p><li>The juice of 3 lemons / El jugo de 3 limones.</li></p></div>

<b>Preparation / Preparacion:</b>

<div class="text-justify"><p>We begin by peeling the plantains, the riper they are the better our preparation will be. We cut them into small pieces that we will then blend with very little water until we get a kind of paste.</p></div>

<div class="text-justify"><p>We put the paste in a pot to cook it, add the sugar and mix everything very well. It is necessary to stir constantly for about 1 hour until the paste reaches a good thickness.</p></div>

> <div class="text-justify"><p>Colocamos la pasta en una olla para su cocción, agregamos el azúcar y mezclamos todo muy bien. Es necesario remover constantemente por 1 hora aproximadamente hasta que la pasta logre un buen espesor.</p></div>

<div class="text-justify"><p>Then, add the lemon juice and continue stirring for half an hour more. Once we achieve a thick consistency we turn off the fire.</p></div>

Spread the mixture very well, place plastic wrap and press down so that everything is well compacted. We can also give a few small blows against the table.</p></div>

No tenía idea de cómo se preparaba este postre típico,  aunque no es mi favorito, pues prefiero el de guayaba, puedo apreciar todo el trabajo que lleva su realización, es genial que ocupa pocos material, solo requiere entrega y paciencia. ¡El resultado final luce estupendo!

Eso es correcto amiga. Pocos ingredientes, bastante económico, solo requiere paciencia y cariño.

Esta receta está estupenda @rosana6, te felicito por explicarla de un modo tan claro y sencillo. Los bocadillos de plátano son dulces que deberían recuperarse, ya que formar parte de nuestro acervo cultural y son deliciosos. Recuerdo que antes, no sé en la actualidad, vendían unos llamados "San Francisco", con un empaque amarillo, con letras azules oscuras, eran delicioso.
