Cuando empecé a realizar mis primeros videos no tenía idea de lo que estaba haciendo, y aunque aún no me considero experta he desarrollado rutinas y hábitos para poder trasmitir un buen mensaje al momento de grabar. Empecé creando videos sobre mujeres que han logrado grandes cosas en la vida, Frida Kahlo, Marie Curie, Amelia Earhart, entre otras que admiro mucho; después, los viajes, negocios digitales y Blockchain han sido mis temas centrales para hacer videos. 
> *When I started making my first videos, I had no idea what I was doing. Although I still don't consider myself an expert, I have developed routines and habits to convey a good message when recording. I started creating videos about women who have achieved great things in life, Frida Kahlo, Marie Curie, Amelia Earhart, among others that I admire a lot; later, travel, digital business, and Blockchain have been my main topics to make videos.*




Actualmente estoy grabando para mis propios proyectos, y me pareció oportuno compartir parte de mi rutina antes de grabar. Te puede ayudar a inspirarte y a tener una idea de lo que yo considero importante; lo mágico del internet es que todos aprendemos juntos, así que compartiré parte de mi rutina y espero en los comentarios algunos tips de lo que a ti te funciona y que te gustó más de mi rutina.

# My routine before recording / Mi rutina antes de grabar  📽

Empiezo teniendo listo el guion y el espacio donde voy a grabar, eso queda listo antes de prepararme para grabar. Cuando hago videos de viajes y estilo de vida, los guiones que hago son muy sencillos, también para videos reflexivos; solo coloco el tema central, el desarrollo y como voy a concluir. Cuando se trata de Blockchain o negocios digitales son un poco más estructurados y ahora que estoy haciendo grabaciones de más de una hora, me ayudo con el guion y las presentaciones. 
> *I start by having the script ready and space where I'm going to shoot, that is ready before I get ready to shoot. When I do travel and lifestyle videos, the scripts I do are very simple, also for reflective videos; I just put the central topic, the development, and how I am going to conclude. When it comes to Blockchain or digital business they are a bit more structured and now that I am doing recordings of more than an hour, I help myself with the script and the presentations.*

## Physical and mental preparation / Preparación física y mental 
La preparación física y mental que realizo antes de grabar para mi es sumamente importante, trato de dormir lo necesario el día antes, -ya sabes las ojeras o bolsitas en los ojos no ayudan, aunque a veces las tengo- después de despertarme cuido muy bien esas primeras horas, hago mis estiramientos, tomo un delicioso desayuno, la alimentación es muy importante.
> *The physical and mental preparation I do before recording is extremely important for me, I try to get the necessary sleep the day before, -you know the dark circles or bags under my eyes do not help, although sometimes I have them- after waking up I take good care of those first hours, I do my stretching, I have a delicious breakfast, food is very important.*

Para grabar es necesario mostrarse agradable, el mensaje llega más completo al estar acompañado de una buena imagen, por ello me doy un baño entero, lavo el cabello, hidrato mi piel. Después sigo arreglando mi cabello.
> *To record it is necessary to look nice, the message is more complete when accompanied by a good image, so I take a full bath, wash my hair, moisturize my skin. Then I continue to fix my hair*.

Luego paso al maquillaje, para mi eso es como un ritual, pero no toma tanto tiempo, mi maquillaje lo tengo en un almacenador y es muy fácil para mi aplicarlo debido a que he visto muchos videos y tengo una amiga experta que siempre me da tips. Además, aquí en Hive siempre hay iniciativas que nos motivan a practicar. 
> *Then I move on to makeup, for me, that's like a ritual, but it doesn't take so much time, I have my makeup in a storage unit and it's very easy for me to apply it because I've seen many videos and I have an expert friend who always gives me tips. Aprendí que la intención se nota a través de la cámara, por ello me dedico unos minutos a internalizar la intención de lo que diré en el video, si voy a explicar algo para ayudar que se vea de forma genuina porque así lo creo y lo siento. Este es uno de mis momentos favoritos. 
> *I learned that intention shows through the camera, so I take a few minutes to internalize the intention of what I will say in the video if I am going to explain something to help it comes across in a genuine way because I believe it and feel it. This is one of my favorite moments.*

Grabar videos implica que tenemos que comunicarnos con nuestra voz, y esta debe ser lo más potente y clara posible, el año pasado hice un curso de oratoria y aprendí una rutina de calentamiento, abro la boca muy grande, digo las vocales de forma exagerada y muchas veces, también leo parte del guion en voz alta y exagerando la modulación.
> *Recording videos implies that we have to communicate with our voice, and this must be as powerful and clear as possible, last year I took a public speaking course and learned a warm-up routine, I open my mouth very wide, I say the vowels in an exaggerated way and many times, I also read part of the script out loud and exaggerating the modulation.*

De forma resumida te he regalado parte de mi rutina antes de grabar, esto realmente no es un estándar, a veces varía porque no siempre grabo en casa, a veces hago entrevistas en otros sitios o hago videos de estilo de vida.
