Impressive instant
“This is stupid. It is crazy to think that we can make it in here. There’s not any of them. I saw a video that someone made with his mobile of the entire corridor where you just went. This place is a lot smaller than it looks.”

“We are having a good time though, aren’t we? This guy we swapped our map with gave us a pass for two days of free stay, and even gave us some of those funny looking coins that you used with that machine over there. We have some water and food and these rooms are pretty good. I’m just saying, I’m sure there is more to this place than here.”

“Well, if you’re brave enough to come along, I guess I’m brave enough to look.”

Our journey so far had been quite uneventful. We had done all we could to find you in the park. When those men with scarves jumped at us, I had been ready to spring into action. I did hear that strange electric screaming sound that seemed to emanate from you, but perhaps it was just the wind whipping around in the park with this impending storm, or perhaps it was from the men with the scarves that I heard chasing us through the park. We ran because it was better to run then die.

We waited at our safe house for two days, until that email arrived. In that email was a set of measurements, and a note to ask the lady with the golden cloak. So, we did, as you know by now. And she did. She did speak to us, but then told us that if we wanted to find you we would have to be in your place, so to speak. We had to come and see her.

So, back in the park, I did not know how to tell her that we would not be able to comply with her request. Then I saw that ticket booth that had been at the entrance to the park when we first went to visit. We would check that out.

Only on the way back to the “park” did we realize just how huge you are. When we had ventured out into the park, we had not paid much attention to direction and distances. And, in the avenues and alleys of the “park” we were finding ourselves lost.

Because of this, we did not realize just how far we were from the ticket booth in the “park”’s entrance. So, in this search for the entrance, we had left the “park” and were now in a much larger area with lots of streets. The streets were filled with many people dressed in a variety of clothing styles. We had, though, finally found the ticket booth.

We gave the man behind the counter our precious, mysterious ticket. She gave us this shiny disc, and told us that it was worth two days of free stay at the tower. During the time that we had been in the “park” entrance, I had started to notice many things that had been there before, but that, due to the distraction of our running from the two men, I had not paid attention to before. On the “park” side of the ticket booth, there were changing colors, and sounds that emanated from this fascinating stand of trees. And then there was that severe looking, old lady that would not leave us alone. That was quite an experience.

On this evening that storm was coming, and it would sound as the rain was growing louder and louder as it got closer and closer. We were surprised how quickly the skyline had been covered as the storm progressed so rapidly. The building next to the ticket booth that had that large open garage door along its side was, in a blink of an eye, an entryway, and then it was gone. When we got to the top of a huge flight of stairs that appeared to be the tallest building in the city, we saw that it was all gone too.

Our last attempt to get help came from the ticket lady that we had originally come to see. When we finally got to her we found out that that old lady who we had run into by accident at the entrance to the park, was now part of the servers. The people were actually looking at her as if to ask for a different ticket that would leave them in one place for longer. She seemed rather upset about us not wanting to return to the same place.

At this point, we had no choice but to leave the “park” and try to find your park entrance on our own. The streets were filled with people and vehicles and that strange electrical sound that we had heard from you. It was as though roads were being formed as the buildings and streets were being created. We were at the circumference of this little city of streets, and all the roads were getting smaller as we made our way through them. The storm was getting closer, and we could hear the screaming getting louder and louder.

As we approached a small alley, I saw the way out of the place we had wandered to in the small town that we had found ourselves in. The alley, though, was something else. There was no roof over it and it was flooded with water. The rain and wind were coming in and making our ears water. There was a large building that, at first, looked to be open for business, but then I saw the size of it and it was not. I knew we would not be able to take refuge from this storm there. I am glad we did not have to try.

It was then that I heard the noises. There were two of them. They were walking, it appeared, to the way we were going. They were large men, wearing these strange looking full length robes with these scarves on their faces. We just had to keep going ahead of them. We had no other options. We tried to just get away from them but that did not work out either.

During our other attempts to get past the danger, we had gotten separated. We ran, and I had gotten hit in the head, and I was lying in the rain. Then I was alone. I could not see my friend anymore. I was alone, with this building next to me, and the men now standing over the building, while the heavy wind and rain were hitting us with great fury.

I remember thinking that I was going to die in the hands of those men. I just knew it. I could not move, and I could not get up. Then I heard your voice. It was as though you were whispering in my ears. And then I was flying out of that alley and into an absolutely amazing place. It was like being in your room. There was softness there, but it was there. That was not the impressive thing, though. It was you. You were beautiful. And I was very close to you. I could smell your soft, sweet smell. It was soft and sweet and at the same time masculine. Absolutely amazing.

You looked over at me, and smiled, and asked me, “Can you hold onto me?” And I nodded my head, and wrapped my arms around your beautiful softness. You took my face in your hands, and told me, “You are now one of us. Stay with me for a while and we will leave this place.”

“No!” I cried out, “No, I want to go with you back there, but I am not telepathic.”

“I know” you smiled at me, and kissed me on the forehead, “But you can be. Just hold onto me and let me show you.”

“Okay” I said as soon as you pulled your arms away from me, and held your hands out to me.

It was then that I realized that we were now walking, and that we were wrapped in our robes. It was then that I realized that you were not as large as I thought you were. You were almost as tall as I am now. I felt my arm go up to your shoulders and my hand around your neck. Children and adults came racing out to meet us. They were shouting excitedly at us. They could be heard saying, “The Mother.”

And then the beautiful softness was gone from my arms. I had to look down to see where it went. All of the flesh on your body was very strange looking. It was as though it was tight as a glove over your bones. It was like I couldn’t pull anything though. I had to look at you.

You were holding my hand. You were walking, and holding my hand. Then you were gone. You fell to the ground. I was holding on to you so as not to fall down. Everyone was running away from us. I looked down at you and I saw nothing. Your clothing had changed. You were not injured. You were almost invisible. I looked up at the people running up to us. I looked around me. Your clothing was there. It seemed to be like a parachute, but I could see through you. The view from the inside of that clothing was amazing. I could see everything. I went to touch you, but my hand went right through you. But you were holding my hand, our hands went all the way together.

I was amazed. I was flying! I was flying! I could not believe it. I looked over to the people running up to us. There were adult people and children all around us. They were all pointing at you. They were all saying “The Mother is gone.” I was flying. I was not falling, I was flying. I was able to go wherever I wanted, whenever I wanted to. I looked down at you, and put my hand back. I kissed your cheek. You smiled at me, and I smiled back. I looked down at the people running up to me. They were all smiles, but they still did not look at me. They only had eyes for you. I let go of your hand. I was so glad I could see you again.

And then it hit me. I was going to fall. I was going to fall fast. It hit me that I had not held on to you, and that I was going to die. I was going to fall and disappear into the rain. As soon as I had thought that, I was sitting next to you. All the people were gone. You looked at me and said, “Are you okay?” I told you I was. I looked at you. I saw that you were very small like I had imagined you. I could not believe you were REAL. I was touching you, and you were just as warm and soft and solid as a human being. I could not believe it.

It was a very surreal feeling to be able to do whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted in my mind. There was nothing that could stop me from doing that. And you were there. You are there. I knew then that if I wanted to be with you, I would be able to be with you. It felt like I would not even have to try. I never loved you more at that instant.

I also knew that I could be in your arms if I wanted to. I just had to allow you in, and I would be in your arms. I knew this story was going to have a happy ending. I was a little excited, but I was also a little scared. I just wanted to be with you.

I would love to stay here with you forever.
