<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Precisamente ayer mi abuela me dijo que las quería para cenar y realmente se me antojaron porque esta vez me dijo para rellenarlas con una crema de berenjena y con mortadela rallada, esta combinación no la había hecho antes y queda muy sabrosa. No obstante, pueden colocarles cualquier relleno que deseen, en el estado en dónde vivo se ven mucho las empanadas de carne mechada (básicamente son tiras finas de carne), pollo mechado (igual a la de carne), pescado mechado, queso rallado e inclusive de pabellón (carne, caraotas, plátano frito y queso opcional). Eso es lo que más me encanta de las empanadas, tienen diversos rellenos que se ajustan a los gustos de cada quién, ahora les mostraré cómo las realicé yo, ¡espero les guste!</div>

- 1 taza de harina de maíz. 

- 2 cucharadas grandes de harina de trigo.

- 1 cucharada de azúcar.

- Sal al gusto.

- Agua.

Claro que depende de la marca de la harina, pero en tal caso deciden si le falta mientras van amasando.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Proceden a hacer una pelotita para aplastarla hasta que les quede así. No tan delgadas para evitar que se rompan ni tan gruesas porque se siente demasiada masa al comerlas. Yo en este paso utilizo un utensilio que tiene mi abuela desde hace mucho tiempo, no sé cómo se llama, pero me ayuda a aplastar mis pelotitas perfectamente. Además, acá acostumbramos a colocar bolsas de papel debajo de la masa para que no se pegue a nuestra mesa de trabajo.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Colocan su relleno en una de las mitades de la empanada, tal y como se ve en la foto. Si el relleno queda muy al centro, al cerrar la empanada todo va a quedar allí y si está muy a la orilla, el centro queda solo y puede dificultar el cerrado.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Cierran la empanada tomándola desde las dos esquinas de la bolsita, así no tocamos la masa y es más sencillo, luego dan ligeros toques de presión en los bordes para que queden bien cerrados y el relleno no se salga a la hora de freírlas.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Cuando el aceite esté caliente, colocan su empanada. Como ven, no es una excesiva cantidad, aunque depende del gusto de cada persona, yo uso poco porque no puedo excederme con la cantidad de grasa, pero aún así se fríen muy bien.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">El tiempo de cocción de ese lado depende de cómo sea su empanada, yo no tengo un tiempo exacto, simplemente me pongo a hacer otra y, cuando la termino, espero 1 minuto y volteo mi empanada ya que las hago sola. También pueden fijarse cuando los bordes se vean dorados, ahí sabrán que es hora de voltearlas. Como pueden ver, estaba haciendo dos a la vez, así tardo menos tiempo.</div>

## <center>Tips de emergencia. // Emergency tips.</center>

- Si la masa queda con mucha agua, es propensa a romperse, recomiendo agregar más harina.

- Si la masa está muy dura se quiebra al estirarla. Agregarle agua hasta que quede bien, si no, al tener sus pelotitas pueden mojarse las manos y dar un amasado rápido individualmente, ahorra el trabajo de amasar todo de nuevo, así hacen tiempo como yo mientras unas se cocinan.

- No usar rellenos muy líquidos porque humedecen la masa y se puede romper.

- Siempre recordar las bolsas para que no se peguen, pueden ser de cualquier tipo.

- Tener cuidado a la hora de freír, el aceite salpica si le cae si quiera un poco de relleno, estar prevenidos.

- Pueden voltear las empanadas con un tenedor o una espátula, como sea más cómodo.</div>

¡Gracias, cariño! Son buenísimas y realmente muy fáciles de hacer, mi único problema siempre es a la hora de freírlas porque aún no supero mi miedo al aceite, jajsjaja, peeeero no es difícil, si yo pude sola, muchos más también pueden, ¡gracias por comentar!
