<div class="text-justify"> Last week was one of those times when you feel very overwhelmed and burdened by so many responsibilities, to the point that I felt in an emotional collapse, my week started spectacular everything was going like any other day, until we moved to Tuesday and my colors began to dull by adverse situations, a problem arose with a coworker and I did not know how to handle the process, so my subconscious began to take its toll.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> From there it was presented one incident after another until my body simply reacted abruptly to the facts and triggered an unexpected cry, I cried in class with my first year students on Thursday, I could not stop my tears, to the point that when I left for recess I decided to go home to continue draining my emotions.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> I arrived home and as always my children welcomed me with hugs and nice words and that moved me even more, I looked for my husband, I needed to hear that everything was going to be ok and feel safe with his hugs, we had a conversation about what happened and then I took refuge in music, there I understood once again the magic that it can do in your life, so I share this song by <strong> Reik entitled “The best is yet to come”</strong></div>

<div class="text-justify"> These words had such an impact on me, at that moment that made me understand the words of both my students and my husband, but I had not wanted to embrace at that moment until I heard the music of Reik and I understood that after a huge storm comes the calm, that everything bad happens and good and positive things will come later.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> After almost an hour listening to my repertoire of motivational music, I calmed down, took a deep breath, dried my tears and returned to the arena, I was a few minutes late, but I fulfilled my work responsibilities, I confess that I was a little embarrassed to return with my eyes swollen, but I ignored it. I taught my normal classes because my colors came back to life and I dressed with my big smile as I have always done and stronger than ever.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> La semana pasada fue uno de esos tiempos en los que te sientes muy abrumada y cargada por tantas responsabilidades, al punto que me sentí en un colapso emocional, mi semana inicio espectacular todo marchaba como cualquier día, hasta que pasamos al día martes y mis colores comenzaron a opacarse por situaciones adversas, se presentó un problema con un compañero de trabajo y no supe manejar el proceso, por lo que mi subconsciente comenzó a pasarme factura.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> De allí se fue presentando un incidente tras otro hasta que mi cuerpo simplemente reacciono abruptamente ante los hechos y desencadeno un llanto inesperado, llore en plena clase con mis estudiantes de primer año el día jueves, no podía cesar mis lágrimas, al punto que al salir al receso decidí ir a casa a continuar drenando mis emociones.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> Llegue a mi casa y como siempre mis niños me recibieron con abrazos y palabras bonitas y eso aún me conmovió más, busque a mi esposo necesitaba escuchar que todo iba a estar bien y sentirme segura con sus abrazos, tuvimos una conversación sobre lo sucedido y luego me refugie en la música, allí entendí una vez más la magia que ella puede hacer en tu vida, por ello les comparto esta canción de <strong>Reik titulada “Lo mejor ya va a venir”</strong></div>

<div class="text-justify"> Fueron tan impactantes estas palabras en mí, en ese momento que me hizo comprender las palabras tanto de mis estudiantes como de mi esposo, pero que no había querido abrazar en ese instante hasta que escuche la música de Reik y comprendí que después de una inmensa tormenta llega la calma, que todo lo malo pasa y cosas buenas y positivas van a venir después.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> Durante mi desahogo emocional con mis estudiantes ellos también me abrazaron y me expresaban que yo estaba dando lo mejor de mí en cada clase, que si los chicos no querían atender no debía culparme, y era justamente esa la emoción que me estaba invadiendo y carcomiendo por dentro, no podía creer que después de dar tanto no obtuviese un resultado positivo. Del mismo modo, me lo dijo mi esposo no puedes dejarte colapsar por estas situaciones, no será la primera vez ni la última, todo pasa, es así como llega la canción de <strong> Carlos Rivera “Ya pasara”</strong></div>

<div class="text-justify"> Luego de casi una hora escuchando mi repertorio de músicas motivacionales, me calme, respire profundo, me seque mis lágrimas y volví al ruedo, llegue unos minutos tarde, pero cumplí con mis responsabilidad laboral, les confieso que tenía algo de vergüenza de volver con mis ojos hinchado, pero hice caso omiso a ello. Dicte mis clases normales porque mis colores recobraron vida y me vestí con mi gran sonrisa como siempre lo he hecho y más fortalecida que nunca.</div>
