Hola mis queridos Hiver's de la comunidad de foodies, el día de hoy compartiré un delicioso postre con ustedes, me encontraba de visita en casa de mis padres y como nosotras tenemos sangre repostera y  nos gusta inventar deliciosos  postres, hoy decidimos preparar un postre, así que mi mamá reviso su lacena y encontró todos los ingredientes necesarios.

Para comenzar a preparar este delicioso postre comenzare preparando un vaso de 100 mililitros de agua y luego le colocamos 50 gramos de leche y  vamos a diluir una cucharada de levadura junto a la mezcla.

Vamos a tamizar los 500 gramos de  harina de trigo y los 100 gramos de azúcar, luego le echamos los 50 gramos de leche con la levadura, le haremos una mezcla y vamos a derretir 100 gramos de mantequilla  para  que la mezcla quedé muy suave dulce y crujiente.

Amasamos muy bien la mezcla de harina de trigo  y la dejaremos reposar por 1 hora para que crezca.

Con un rodillo la vamos a aplanar y la cortaremos en tiras, quitando los restantes de masa para luego envolver alguna galleta  de chocolate de tu preferencia o chocolate líquido.

Para finalizar vamos a colocar una paila con aceite y esperamos a que este hirviendo para que los bocadillos queden bien fritos, tanto por dentro como por fuera, esperaremos a que estos se enfríen para disfrutar de un delicioso postre.

Fue muy fácil la preparación nos tomo  hora y media, porque estábamos conversando y haciendo todo juntos, quedaron muy ricos, mi idea fue crear triángulos, pero terminamos haciendo unos tequeños de chocolate, mi papá quería probar el chocolate con queso y también hicimos dos de prueba, fue un sabor muy agradable, aunque no tanto como las de chocolate solo, la verdad es que está masa se presta para cualquier postre, bien sea dulce o salado es extremadamente deliciosa se me ha ocurrido preparar luego de esto muchas otras delicias, la masa la preparo exclusivamente mi mamá pues cuando ella prepara algo queda delicioso como toda mama tiene un toque mágico.
