<h1>Brief History</h1>
<p>Before steemit,<strong> i was surpassing Google</strong>.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Tackling the aspect of <strong>"surpassing Google"</strong>; that has to do with <strong>surpassing the search engine "Google"</strong>, here is some things i like to say in my mind's eye:</p>
<blockquote>Type the word "money" into the Google search engine and it should at least give you the address to the nearest ATM.</blockquote>
<blockquote>Human intelligence beats artificial intelligence! Google wake up, else i take over.</blockquote>
<p>In general, "<strong>i wanted to poke the globe from its outskirts, with beautiful awesome vibes and rain it with more "tears of joy"</strong> and one of the gifts involved in accomplishing this, was an innovation from me!</p>
<p><strong>One such innovation</strong>, is a special type of social network, one that infuses the world with love, brotherhood and forgiveness; one that brings about equality and turns boring internet into a haven; a home!&nbsp;</p>
<p>I drew up the entire model for it and stayed in research-mode to rehearse it into fruition, then i found steemit &amp; steem technology and i instantly understood it.&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>"Visions within a dream"</strong>; i understood those word from Ned Scott from day one on steemit, without reading the whitepapers. I instantly grasped the underlying beautiful concepts, forming the base of steemit's creation and i saw why it couldn't crumbled. I saw why it <strong>fixes!</strong></p>
<p><strong>I didn't stop surpassing Google</strong>! "I continued <strong>surpassing Google with steemit.com</strong></p>

<h1>Why Won't Steemit Crumble?</h1>

<p>&nbsp;<em>"Mining with minds" in a never-ending loop, guarded by a reputation model that checks behavior is genius every time and a gift to humanity".&nbsp;</em></p>
<p><em>If you decide to take a pause, turn your mind's ignition off, even for a short period and think that steemit will falter; </em><em><strong>"sleep tight; someone out here on steemit, is mining".</strong></em>&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;When I look at it from every angle, the first law of steemit states that:</p>
<blockquote>&nbsp;"If you bunch up creators; innovators; great minds and especially "humans", out of their own hearty volition, to mine steem with their minds reputably, while making them stakeholders, co-owners etc, of steem technology; then this equal to or greater than; '<strong>a never-ending mini-dream</strong>'. <a href="https://steemit.com/@surpassinggoogle">@surpassinggoogle</a></blockquote>
<p>So how about, we look at <strong>steemit and steem technology as ours</strong>!</p>
<p>&nbsp;So how about, we look at <strong>steemit and steem technology as ours</strong>!&nbsp;<strong>Investors</strong> here, most definitely; convincingly see steem technology as if it is theirs. <strong>Whales, dolphins etc;</strong> definitely see steem technology as theirs!&nbsp;</p>
<blockquote>How about steemians like me, with say 1,000 steem power and below?&nbsp;</blockquote>
<blockquote>How about if we started to treat steemit, like the co-owners that we actually are, as well!&nbsp;</blockquote>
<p><strong>My point is, if you own a house and you get tenants into it and they misuse the furniture and puncture the walls etc; do we hastily react and pull down the house?</strong> <strong>Do you leave the house out of tiredness and abandon ownership of it; to the tenants?</strong> Most likely, no! We will passionately put in effort to renovate it; to fix it and if it is only one room in the entire building that we own, we will renovate and fix that room!</p>
<blockquote>So if you have only <strong>5 steem power</strong>; you are co-owner of steem technology.&nbsp;</blockquote>
<p>Now, "<strong>steemit is beautiful!</strong>"&nbsp;If my dear little portion of steemit, is starting to grow scars, do i quit?&nbsp;</p>
<blockquote>"<strong>I will try donate my portion to fix the entire steemit or fix my tiny portion of steemit!"</strong></blockquote>
<p><strong>My conviction is strong! Is yours strong yet?</strong> Let's try to fix that, within this post!</p>

<h1>&nbsp;<strong>Steemit isn't build to fail!</strong></h1>
<p>But if it does fail; in my case, there can't have been a <strong>loss</strong>! The culture of "<strong>mining with minds</strong>" as instill in us incessantly by <strong>"steemit",</strong> will continue endlessly! <strong>Only the token changes!</strong>&nbsp;</p>
<p>For an <strong>investor</strong> here on steemit, it may not be that easy! But the <strong>"solution"</strong> for steemit not to fail, is easy;&nbsp;</p>
<blockquote>"<strong>We must make sure it doesn't fail and we can!"</strong></blockquote>

<h1><strong>Due To Steemit; "Everyone is a GIVER!"</strong></h1>
<p>Steemit and steem technology means alot to different people and for some steemians; amongst many other things; steemit is a means to <strong>GIVE</strong>. "<strong>A means to inspire, influence, touch someone out there; by means of a simple upvote or by means of a timely comment</strong>".</p>
<blockquote>Once possible, I would buy steem, power it up, just to give it out in upvotes.&nbsp;</blockquote>
<p>If giving has become as easy as an upvote; <strong>"Then for the first time ever, WE have all given".&nbsp;</strong></p>
<p>"If we have all<strong> given; </strong>then we have not <strong>lost!"&nbsp;</strong></p>

<h2>"Come For The Rewards, Stay for the community!"</h2>
<p>I wont lie, <strong>this is a big statement!</strong> On today's internet, a "<strong>true community of great minds" </strong>is<strong> LUXURY</strong>. It doesn't exist anywhere!&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<blockquote>Facebook can suspend your account, if you live in Philippines and you even as much as send a friend request to someone in USA.&nbsp;</blockquote>
<p><strong>Steemit is ours</strong> and if it fading, we will fix it, enhance it, etc; BUT just if we are a bit tired; if <strong>we maintain community</strong> at the very least; <strong>some steemian out there</strong>, will fix it or create something to fix it! &nbsp;</p>
<blockquote>We must the steemit community, deep, strong and filled with love; a haven; a home!</blockquote>

<h2>Steemit Has Lots Of Drama?</h2>
<p>There may have been talks of drama on steemit, the downvotes, disagreements, people leaving etc!&nbsp;</p>
<p>Then<strong> "sift the bad, to find good in it"</strong> and you will notice, that the <strong>really beautiful drama on steemit</strong>, to constantly see; is in the truly loving, homely, heartfelt, enthusiastic sweetness; that it spills endlessly, in its every nook and cranny!&nbsp;</p>

<p>A core facet of steemit growth is the conviction of its base community and today we will try to tackle this, within this post and strengthen our community while answering every <strong>newbie's steemit-related questions</strong> and create one gem of a post that we can share all over the internet, to help us in accomplishing steemit growth on the outside.</p>

Let time fly but don't let it emptily fly by without improving or evolving. It does take time and conscious effort and to be like me "you have to stubbornly be YOU" but grow into becoming the best version of you. Mining is where the selfless exertion comes in, you can do this by what you did here. For instance, it may not be easy to read my post, understand it and feel it. It may not even be easy to read it to the end. In the Philippines many will say the post is too long but you tried and that is growth. Every fine thing has required digging, from gold, to fine stone to crude oil, to the Bible. 

Another way is to expand your horizon. Steemit exposes us to the rest of the world, so let's use that exposure. So speak to everyone regardless of race, location or stats, e.g whale or minnow. You are whale to me!

Basically is, you get some steem tokens for your post and if you powered up 100 percent, then you get all steem tokens at payout. Regardless, the price of steem fluctuates, if you check coinmarketcap steem price, so if the price of steem goes down, it affects your earnings. but not to worry, steem price rises

Yes comments can increase your steem power. Comments build interaction and connections also apart from rewards. Low on steem power? You can invest in steempower by purchasing some. It is a good investment. Low on steem power? You can look for great posts that you feel have the potential to go trending etc and vote on it earlier than others but voting on comment could work in this case, as not many people vote on the same comment, helping you get a large proportion of the curation rewards. Overall, there is more to steemit, than financial rewards. You can also do well by doing a steemgig. Visit my first comment above. Visit #steemgigs or #steemgig. People pay you for helping them accomplish tasks

When people with higher reputation than you and steem power too upvote you, your reputation increases. I haven't really heard of honor rewards but if you mean "rewards", on steemit, that can takes different forms, whether financial rewards, reputation rewards, friendship, opportunities, information, etc

You will not lose steem power for inactivity. You reputation will stay the same but if you post or comment has the potential to rise as people with higher reputation have something to vote on, thus increasing your reputation. Your reputation will increase over time, if you manage to comment or post and you keep getting upvotes

For now, it is much easier since you have people and a whole community that can help. Even if not physically present it is possible to appear on video these days. Overall, get them to join steemit, then help them out with their intro posts with a steemit verification picture. Give them freedom to post in filipino for a start, then it gets easier. The beginning is crucial especially for PH users. 

Then grow in your own journey. Normally, you promote steemit by having you blogs rank in the search engines. Even the tiny interactive comments you leave play a role. But all the same, you can bring them and all grow together.
You can also comment, their first posts to me! If it requires physical presence, we can look for a more versed steemian presence to be there

On another note, i like the portion about ownership. We are all Steemit owners, and no matter how much we have vested here, no matter how small, it's our space. if in that space we see something broken, let's do our part if we can do something about it.

If we see a problem that we see as bigger than us, there's always another Steemian who can do about it. This is the part that stuck with me the most:

The thing is many who get on steemit now aren't ready to pace things. If they got here long ago when steem was 7 cents or not too long ago when the reward pool was empty, it would have been different. Another thing is people tend to look at others too much, like how much others earn. Overall, first steps is grow, do time, add value. There was a queue, why jump. There is a ton of steemians looking to earn too, alot of steemians who have been since day one who are still minnows simply cos they could earn all along, so why haste. Plus rewards take different forms. Even solid friendship or connections can take you places SBDs can't take you. Rewards take different forms. So basically, first things first is to build yourself, grow in your substance. For content, do research, pick a niche and be leader. Like you, if you picked your programming and offer it out consistently, it wont be long that people will start to vote for you automtically, cos you are defined and know what you are about and opportunities will come knowing but are people willing to stick to something, when the earning don't come? in the past what was popular on steemit was #til, research and write on these researched topics. it doesnt have to be about promoting steemit, or meetups etc. it is not time for that. You see someone is earning doing it and you imitate, there is no definition in that. In my early days and for months, i wrote about things like you find on medium, technology, different topics, real information. i wanted to infuse newness into the internet and even my posts related to promoting steemit are actually about life, success, humans, mentality, vision, dreams, if you read between the lines. I talk about life and steemit as means to empower but again only if you read between the lines will you know and many of my posts are triggered by responsibility, either related to something that happened in the dms etc another thing i was doing all thru is using my posts to play out all my innovation ideas, bring imagination to life, looking at how steemit can be infused into existing ideas and all the recent people i have been bring on steemit are this fashion, they have dreams, so it is basically bring your existing dreams and unaccompliish dreams on steemit and beautify it. again every one can look while on steemit but it is more about how much you see and same things apply to life and life in the Philippines for instance. they is so much beauty even in the Philippines but do you see it. People see themselves in the Philppines as being in a developing nation, i don't. i see paradise in every Filipino is see. It all starts there. Let's see whale for instance, if you are whale in your substance, then why haste; why be shaken by events. To me you whale, i would look at your stats to relate with you. so do you see yourself as whale, is what's left. We chatted and i saw your mindsett, that is why i came out in this manner it this response. You will understand it. kEEP YOUr mindset up cos that is greatness.

I’m always happy to see blogs like this. 

People often seem to be lost here or they just don’t know. Sadly Steemit is a rather fast moving place that information just gets lost in the void. 

 I am hoping you create another blog out of this that formats and rearranges things in a manner that just easier for people to read. I find most people jus don’t want read things. They just rather keep doing what they are doing until told otherwise. Which I find very strange.

I guess people leave steemit because of the way they were invited. The sweet mouth and anything. When my brother introduced me he just told me to come post and earn money. It sounded so easy. But when i got here the story was diff. I wanted to leave too but for the friends i met here. No regrets

These are my questions that I originally posted for Jerry Banfield, but he never answered.
1. As a user, we can Upvote or Flag content, but Flagging makes unpopular and unpopular looses followers, so better not to flag! So there's a positive bias on most articles and replies.
2. Many people write, few people read. As rewards are highest for writing articles, it's more attractive to post than to curate, creating an overload of articles with little useful content.
3. Some tags are much more popular than others, that is likely to encourage people to write about popular tags.
4. Steemit is not decentralized, because whales decide what's hot and what's not.

I'd really like to have thought-through answers to these questions by anybody.

You can make 10 full upvotes every day to stay at your maxium VP. If you vote more your votes become worth less. As your SP (Steem Power) is still very low I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I think we should have a platform where anybody can ask questions privately. We do have steemit.chat but people are not aware how to use it. We should find people of our interest and simply put a message on chat. But i face one more problem , few users are not on chat then of we want to connect to them how to do that. There is discord and many people are on discord. Normally, some people may need to grow comfortable before they allow for pms, so pace things by growing a bond using the comments, then when you feel the bond is growing strong, you can ask politely in the comment. Note, also that many may be on steemit for privacy

The internet rarely produces such great content like you have written here.

Indeed Steemit is a community of lovers who strengthen and build each other up.

There are many ways people here are very lovable.People upvote and leave meaningful comments.

I remember when i just joined in June,i saw how the community was contributing/raising money for a fellow Steemian who was going to undergo surgery.

Yes, since you may not have a slider yet to choose vote percentage, like @droucil said 10 full upvotes, over a period of 24 hours, is good enough. Not like there are limitations but you voting power gets depleted as you use it. You can find you voting power meter on the right side of steemd.com/@maad666

However, over time, when you have some steempower, around 500 steem power i think you will have the slider option, so now is the time to power up. You can ask people but then it depends on the person. In community, there are different people. Steemit overall is a loving community, so with good interaction and building connections and friendships you can politely ask for votes. In my case, i don't frown at it, if you asked me

Hey Terry!

I'm not sure if I am too late to get questions in, there are so many.    My question isn't about Steem the platform, but about your vision for it.

As a advocate in the Philippines getting Steem running like mad through that community, what is your larger vision?  Are there other countries you personally would like to get to and make a difference?  

I know your health may prohibit heavy travel, but I'm sure there are many many places that need a dose of @surpassinggoogle.  

Okay, I will ask one Steem Related question.  

I've noticed that people are trying to use "bribes" to get users like yourself to check out (and upvote) their posts.  Sending small SBD transfers with a note along with it to the user in hopes they will get a return of as much or more when that person looks at the post.  I see similar transactions in your wallet although I do not have the time at the moment to see if you are reacting to those or not.  I just wanted to know your general thought on this kind of promotion.  Does it really work to draw people to look at your content?  Or is it better to stick to the relationship building side by conversing in comments?

Thank you for making this clarification @stellabelle. I don't know if it is common practice, as I don't really look at a lot of wallets. But I did see it mentioned in a post somewhere and started looking a little closer.

I'm all for relationship building. Getting to know people and building solid community is more important than the reward system.  I'm a strong advocate of conversations in comments, and attempting to build relationships there. 

But I dont comment on every post people I want to get to know make. Only the ones that I feel I can add something to the conversation in.  Coming up with something to comment all the time is too disingenuous. So it may take me longer to build the relationships, but eventually people remember my name, and maybe get curious enough to come check out my content.

I do most of my sleepless nights in the dm but when it becomes to draining i try use a post.

Apart from the comments, you can build relationships on the various channels but i use the dms more even though is drain becos i value the humans as individuals. As for content, even since i was minnow, i started out having so many DMs. Perhaps, it had to do with the voice or story in my posts. I never or hardly write my tough times and hardship but story seems to pop out in my tone and that among other things, draws people in, then when the DMs start, i get other dms. In some case, i reach out to people and talk in the Dms. Comments help to but again that can stay outside on steem or can really draw people in. For me, i don't mind anyone submit a link to me. i sift even the bad for good in it. Even it is spam and look underlyingly and see passion and look for ways to channel that passion instead. As for a dose of me, everyone does have a dose of me, i may tired out though. but if you sent me your link for instance, i will never frown at it because i have done life to an intense level, that i would want to be loving. plus, it is admirable when people trust their creation enough to want to promote it. As for travels, i still manage to have impact even without travel, the last event was carried out by @brindocorp, i was able to appear in a hangout and teach their leader about steemit as well as sent a steemian there.

What a detailed response!  Thanks for taking the time!  I really am floored by how the entire globe can work together in a platform like this.  It is pretty amazing how we can overcome distance and language barriers to make progress.  And Steem Brings it all together.

Do you have a post you can refer me to about how to organize a local Steemit meetup?  I know there are several people on Steem here in the Nashville Tennessee Area, so it would be really neat to be able to pull them all together.

my campaign of steemit has always been facial and i am really faced with some hardcore questions which i tried to answer few in my series why steemit?

What we need to do is to understand that steemit is a community and a community can unite as one to face the forces outside. As the statement goes that a tree cannot make a forest, it applies here too. many people get discouraged after staying in steemit for maybe a month or two and with all they have tried they hardly get a 1cent payout weekly. first, we need to see what we can do it this regards. how will newbies be motivated to stay?

Big ups to the great guys who are making steemit enjoyable for us; i must confess that i am privileged. We must translate steemit beyond the online platfom and let as many as we are inviting to steemit see the evidence of what we are saying, first from us. remember, steemit is not a pyramid-multilevel payment plan where rewards flow downwards, so the next question is this. if a steemain wrote a nice post that doesnt get seen and encouraged, what gets him motivated then?

i introduces someone to steemit almost immediately i entered in June and about a month after, she told me that she was opting out. she said that the circle-system will not allow the community grow and that she was better not wasting her time writing articles that wont get the rewards i told her that steemit can bring. how do you bridge the gap in the mindset of someone who wants reward to feel motivated and not feel-motivated to want reward?

this is part one of my thought! lolz.

She has a biz, let's make it happen, let's infuse steemit into it.
She has a venture model and she is not sure they will work, let her bring them here and play them out
She wants to create the world and she doesn't know how to but she has the innovation concept, @steemgigs has all the talent and expertise. 

There are some things i say only in the DMs but this is not a lie, many of the people i have tutored with this love inside, have gone on to succeed more than me, steemit and beyond. I have not been able to fix myself though but this is real talk. Everything simply has to do with the substance of the human.

What if i don't get paid, but i have this awesome community, will i write? 
Steemit ranks well in search engines, then i reshape the internet. In reality, i would pay to use "steemit".
Really, what's money compared to real legacies, touch generations yet unborn. It is not about the moolah, it is more about the spender. I will pause. DM soon

Well perhaps. It depends, if the person you are imitating is a good curator, then yes. Also if you are good curator and set parameters yourself, then it could work in terms of efficiency and speed. A human can get tired.

To @surpassinggoogle and anyone who can answer...I check my wallet everyday and I notice my Estimated Account Value is getting lower every day. At first it was at  $0.72 then the other day $0.65 and today when I checked it's down to $0.63! Am I being penalized for something?

The only activities I've done so far in Steemit is comment, upvote posts I like and only recently made my first post ._.

Actually I under stand that to receive curation rewards it depends on timing as well as steam power so even if you are the tenth up vote at say 15 min but you are new and with little steem power even with a resteem your chance of gaining rewards towards steem power is 0 if say 100 people up vote it is that correct so it seems that for a minnow to up vote  is kinda time wasted when they should be more focused on content creation and negate curation? until a later time. What is your view?

Hahaha, great question. Yes, there are rules to maximise getting curation rewards, but for me as a curator, i don't let timing deter me. i vote based on many factors and many times sift even the not-so-good for the good in it. Basically, curation is a talent too. Some people are good at it, some people study it, so it is subjective depending on the needs of the curator. timing parameters were put in place to many bot votes which are more perfectly timed than humans. for. Some people also target upvoting valuable comments too. Alot too has to do with amount of steempower and percentages. The best person to explain the timing aspect of it will be @timcliff

To make good posts, you will need a learning experience. There is a large Indonesian community here, i think a good start is to join them in their chat channel. @samstonehill lives there and @happyphoenix as well. Visit #aceh too. If it easier for you to write in your language for a start, write in your language. If you are to write English, learn over time. Apply freedom when you write, be expressive, let "YOU" shine through even with flaws, ask feedback underneath your posts. Then read this post deeply:

Do you mean on "steemit.chat"? Well, investing in steempower is always a plus cos like i said there is always a "human factor", so sometims, thing revolve around high steempower. With high steem power, there is a lot you can do, even without posting. Curation gives higher rewards, even when you never posts. Some whales only curate and never post. Plus, many people may copy your votes, using voting parameters on steemvoter, making you vote more powerful

Hi everyone, im new here, please excuse my post if i may do wrong. I was invited by @surpassinggoogle to visit his profile if i needed some question. To be honest with you, i will not belive this if i haven't seen this. i was shocked what i have read here in this article, i never knew somebody in my own country to be so determined and passionate in looking forward in the future of steemit. I also felt that steemit has future, it will surpass everything i think because everything is for the user. A friend of mine introduced me to steemit, i was not so good in english but the eagerness to somehow post a blog and communicate is helping me to practice my gramar and its very helpful. At first i was so eager to start but after a while, with less votes and less seen on my posts, i was a little bit frustrated. As a newbee, i havent seen the long run yet, that's why if I look at the long run, and there maybe more bigger frustrations, how can i survive? I was so lucky i had a friend @kennyroy who is so helpful answering every questions i ask, he helped me move forward. A beautiful comment and this " i never new somebody in my own country to be so determined and passionate in looking forward in the future of steemit" is true and is a reason for this post.

The simple truth is, give it time, read my posts deeply and look for the underlying life lessons in it. Steemit is more about life and humans and understanding it and you are already successful just by being here. These are the best times on steemit. The past on steemit will help you realized this. In the past the price of steem was a low as 7 or 15 cents. It was too hard to earn but that base of steemians still remained to hold steemit up strong. If you read this post, you will understand better:

The easy answer is no becos learning is earning, personal growth is earning, practicing grammar is earning, good behavior is earning, friends from around the world, is earning, opportunities is earning. It wont be obvious now but it will be in the near future and ofcourse, you need mirrors, someone to tell you of your progress and with this amazing comment, reading a grasping my post and asking a thought-provoking question with "God (Jehovah) bless at the end, i can tell you for sure, that you have earned. I won't need to check you wallet to be sure of that. You are not the same person that you were before steemit because you have evolved. So about posts, being hit or miss, does it matter? Well, here is how i put it: hit or miss; as long as you evolve, it will always be a hit. As you evolve, quality sets in, even in your post, in physical real life, you decision-making is better, your foresight is better. You may never have know of crypto before steemit, now you do. For the steem, keep gathering it, there is no loss there. It may just be 10 dollars tomorrow. Presence of steemit is essential because opportunity can arise any where, any day or time and it can be a gem in the next post you read. You have the world on steemit too, so expand your horizon. Speak to be, share a piece of you, inspire.
If you have kids, the blockchain is permanent, write down legacies to leave it for them, to impact them in the future. They will shed tears of joy when they read it. These things are priceless!

Wow i was so overwhelmed again with your thoughts and thinking. Thanks for the inspiring advice making me realize, yes we have lots of things to gain here to be frustrated and to stop, practically everybody wants to earn, honestly, was convinced because i will earn money doing what i like to do, anyway in facebook we are not earning anything but we keep on posting, here there is possibility to earn and learn, actually i wasn't that interested in conversation especially in english which is not our native language, but steemit made it for me. I am learning to socialize, to be good to others and to learn to appreciate, learn to give, gather friends, so much to earn which i never have imagined. We are all in different shapes and sizes, but they are right, i see you as a good leader in your level of thinking, able to change people and myself for the better, but staying humble, that's the best, i admire that, hoping to reach not exactly the same but to atleast catch up. I thank you for following me during my first day in steemit and your continous support.  Hoping you will still stay in supporting and guiding us on our journey here in steemit. You wrote the post that i was going to write, but you did it in your own way! I have been having these exact same thoughts about being an owner and acting like an owner! It is only recently that I transformed! And I think no one understands why we all need to do this! We have the future of humanity sitting in our collective hands, and we have FINALLY been given the tools FOR FREE. It's up to us to evolve enough to use them properly! (1) If we consider the mining as way to pay to the blogger....then my second question is every day who has steem power can generate money by curation and if u calculate the percentage then it is roughly around 0.5% or so.

(2) One more aspect is that if more people will join steemit then definitely supply/demand will make the curvature....

But i still have doubt ...in fact i want to know in details...

Yes, you correct. I don't have exact numbers though but you can make money even simply curating but curating itself is a talent, so some people make more curation rewards than others. High steempower helps for better rewards but again it depends on the curator just as much as levels of steem power. More people join steemit: demand and supply sets in the price will rise. also people will have more faith on steemit/steem success and could invest solely on that knowledge. Tokens are produced constantly and the price rises based on demand and supply

I absolutely agree with you on this , @stranniksenya. It is not enough to just bring people into steemit. That is good , but supporting them to grow is much more important . That will make those you have brought it stay, especially through tough times. Supporting newbies to grow what was gave birth to @redfishpillar project . Well, in reality, the most effective way is your growing your own journey, steemit, personal growth etc and it will be more testimonial when you talk. Another way is to involve more older steemians in the conversation. In PH people need inspiration, motivation, so sometimes, a thirdparty fellow wil do wonders. Moreover, what you do is sufficient. Awareneness also counts. I didn't join steemit the first time i saw steemit but the word "steemit" did stick the first time. So don't be under pressure. Everyone does a part in growing steemit. Even your blogs rank in google and may have brought someone in organically by means of the search engines. I eventually joined steemit organically while using google. So its all good!

To add to all what he has stated, my response to question 1 would be to sincerely willing to help others who are in need of assistance. Find people in your niche, read their posts and leave valuable comments there. There are lots of advantages of being on steemit. Let me paraphrase what @surpassinggoogle stated. You had a vision and a life before steemit, bring your vision and life unto the steemit blockchain and sell it to as many who believe in your vision. They'll help you run with it . A little caveat, though would be for you to first work on building a good reputation here. That takes a while. So, don't hurry. Personally, it has taken me (@maryfavour) about 6 months to build my reputation to about 60. My response to question 3, if I understood it well, is that you would't need to spend much on subscription . Maybe you mean data subscription. Well, there is nothing good that doesn't come with sacrifice.

It is free. Don't pursue it. Draw it in. Shake steemit, influence it with you, you vision, your presence, your substance, the spanlessness of your mind. It is like real life. You speak tagalog? haha.. that's cool! and yes, I mean what I said earlier...  if I'm to ask the question it would be this.. which is better: Power 100% or 50/50 but purchase steem then power up? I have tried both but when I powered up 100%, only a small amount of SP is received.. for that post, I'm supposed to have around 6 SP since it's power up (total $ was 8.sth~), but what I got was only around 4sp.. so yeah.. I think 50/50 is better.. what do you recommend? ^^

If you mean lease to someone, it means they rented it, so more like they paid you something in exchange for you delegating power to them. 

Someone may decide too, to just delegate you power without you paying anything, either cos you are friends, as a favor etc

Normally, they are durations involved, so if they delegated you power for one month after one month, their power auto goes back to them. 
Same as when you lease out steem power. You determine the duration and you power comes back to you after this duration elapses

First of thank you for the post and more importantly the positive vibes you put into it.
My question : how long can it take to get a decent amount of upvotes or get noticed atleast for posting decent content once every other day? I tried doing my introduce yourself post and got less than 15 upvotes and managed only 3.5$ before getting an upgoat. Most of introduceyourself Steemians earn some decent amount from 20$ onwards but I definitely didn't.... What's the reason for that and yes it is my first introduce yourself.
