Dragons appear as myths and legends around the world ... there is no evidence to meet them, and independently the legends about dragons are up to 5 millennia old .....

There are many stories and fairy tales about dragons in our country as well .... I almost found out about one .... A dragon that lived in the Homolje mountains and came to a water source that was located at the foot of the mountains. The Zdrelo spa is now built on that place.

A fountain and a metal plate were built in memory of that legend, on which it is written "Legend says that dragons once landed on the water in this place. A deaf-mute girl often drank them. And asked them to leave as soon as possible."

The Serbian dragon is a mythical creature that has two or four legs, a body covered with scales and has wings and flies. They represented something good. There are stories that a symbol of a dragon was found on some of the coats of arms of Nemanjić.
The Dragon was believed to be a perfect being, a combination of a bird and a snake ... of heaven and earth.
