The Bitcoin race is on.

We see there are roughly 15 states with varying degrees of action regarding the establishment of Bitcoin (and other crypto) as part of their reserves.  The state of Utah could be the first in the US to approve this due to its legislation calendar.  There is a 45 day window to get something done.
