There is proposed legislation that the House is looking at that could move the oversight of stablecoins away from Gensler and the SEC.

Good because the SEC shouldn't be trying to make up new rules and laws. The only thing they can do is keep issuing fines and lawsuits which is doing no good at all for the entire economy
