 ... สวัสดีเพื่อนๆ ทุกท่านครับ วันเสาร์มีใครหยุดบ้างครับ เมื่อวานพูดเรื่อง น้ำหนักตัวและโรคอ้วน เป็นภัยเงียบที่เสี่ยวอันตราย โดยเฉพาะกับตัวผมเองไปแล้ว วันนี้มาคุยถึงเกี่ยวกับเรื่องเดิม แต่เป็นของเด็กกันบ้างครับ ... เด็กๆ บางคนคิดว่าอ้วน และ ยิ่งหน้า อายุยังน้อยอ้วนแล้วไม่เป็นไร อันนี้คือ ความคิดเห็นของผู้ใหญ่บางคน ที่ไม่ตระหนักถึงผลเสีย ต้องสิ่งนี้จริงๆ ครับ ส่วนใหญ่จากประสบการณ์ของตัวเอง นั้นมันเป็นเช่นนั้นจริง ที่พวกพ่อแม่เด็กบางคน ปล่อยปะละเลยลูกของตัวเองครับ ... ตอนนี้เท่าที่อ่านพบเด็กที่มีน้ำหนักตัว เกินมาตรฐานมากขึ้น เนื่องจากทานอาหาร ที่หวาน มัน เค็ม มากเกินไป ซึ่งการที่เด็กอ้วนเกินมาตรฐาน ส่งผลทำให้จำนวนเด็กเป็นโรคเบาหวานมากขึ้นด้วยทนอกจากนี้ยังเสี่ยงต่อโรคอื่นๆ ได้ง่ายอีกด้วยครับ ... เห็นไหมครับ โรคภัยไข้เจ็บ เกิดขึ้นได้กับทุกคน แต่ขึ้นอยู่กับใครตระหนักเรื่องสุขภาพมากกว่ากัน ก็จะได้เปรียบและสูงวัยแบบแข็งแรง ส่วนภาพวันนี้ผมหาภาพไม่ได้ ต้องขออภัยด้วยครับ และหากข้อมูลผิดพลาด ประการใด ผมต้องขออภัยด้วยครับ ขอบคุณที่ติดตามครับ
