With the melting of snow and the increase in temperature, I am spending more time in the mountains. It is especially enjoyable to be in the mountains and walk in the spring. Nature, which has just woken up from its sleep, is covered in green.

It is a very suitable place to get away from the noise and crowds of the city. In the mountains, the noise of the city is replaced by the chirping of birds, the buzzing of insects and bees.

One of the most beautiful aspects of the mountains is the abundance of spring water and fountains. Due to the effect of high altitude and the fact that it is spring water, the fountains are ice cold. Drinking water after fatigue has a relaxing effect on the body. Animals are not forgotten in the mountains either. There are arrangements for them to drink water comfortably.

*Dağların en güzel yanlarından biri de kaynak suların, çeşmelerin fazlalığı. Yüksek rakımın etkisi ve kaynak su olması nedeniyle çeşmeler buz gibi oluyor. Yorgunluk sonrası içilen su bünyede rahatlatıcı bir etki yaratıyor. Dağlarda hayvanlar da unutulmamış. Onlarında rahat bir şekilde su içmesi için düzenekler kurulmuş.*

I came across a colony of bugs. Their heads were orange, the rest of their bodies were black. It looked like a cute bug. I honestly didn't understand what they were trying to do.

*Bir böcek kolonisine denk geldim. Baş kısmı turuncu, vücutlarının diğer tarafları siyah. Sevimli bir böceğe benziyordu. Doğrusu ne yapmaya çalıştıklarını anlamadım.*

Cows that have been living in barns throughout the winter are enjoying their freedom in the mountains. They are fed pleasantly.

*Kış boyunca ahırlarda hapis hayatı yaşayan inekler,  dağlarda özgürlüğün tadını çıkarıyor. Keyifli bir şekilde besleniyorlar.*

A thorny plant called acanthus. It grows in high altitude mountains with the melting of snow in spring. It is a very beneficial plant for the body. It is eaten raw after peeling it well. There are also those who cook it like cooking spinach.

*Kenger denilen bir dikenli bitki. İlkbaharda karların erimesiyle birlikte yüksek rakımlı dağlarda yeşerir. Vücut için gayet faydalı bir bitki. İyice soyduktan sonra çiğ şekilde yenilir. Ispanak pişirir gibi yemeğini yapanlar da var.*

It is a bit difficult to find non-wild fruits in the mountains. Because no one wants to plant fruit in a place that does not belong to them completely. But for some good-hearted people, this does not matter. They want everyone to benefit from the fruit. Mulberry tree planted here about 20 years ago. The tree looks like it needs grafting.

*Dağlarda yabani olmayan meyvelere rastlamak biraz zor. Çünkü kimse tamamıyla kendisine ait olmayan bir yere meyve dikmek istemez. Ama bazı iyi kalpli insanlar için bunun önemi yok. Herkesin meyveden yararlanmasını ister. Yaklaşık 20 yıl önce buraya ekilen dut ağacı. Ağacın aşıya ihtiyacı var gibi görünüyor.*

Even though I felt tired the next day, it was an enjoyable mountain walk for me. If you are looking for a place away from stress and noise, the mountains are for you.
