When winter approaches, I wake up late in the morning. I used to wake up around 06:00-06:30 in the summer. When I woke up in the spring, it was around 05:00. Now, I wake up around 07:30 and I am not happy with this situation. My late waking up is due to not sleeping late, but when I sleep early, I wake up in the middle of my sleep. Sleeping early and waking up early have a big impact on a healthy life. We need to be up before the sun rises, like our ancestors thousands of years ago. This is essential for a healthy life. First of all, I will take the necessary precautions to wake up early in the morning.

*Kış mevsimi yaklaşınca sabah geç saatlerde uyanıyorum. Yaz mevsiminde 06:00- 06:30 gibi uyanıyordum. İlkbahar mevsiminde uyandığımda saat 05:00 civarıydı. Şimdi ise 07:30 civarında uyanıyorum ve bu durumdan hoşnut değilim. Geç uyanmamda geç uyumamamın etkisi var ancak erken uyuduğumda da uykunun ortasında uyanıyorum. Sağlıklı yaşamda erken uyumanın, erken uyanmanın etkisi büyük. Binlerce yıl önceki atalarımız gibi gün ağırmadan ayakta olmamız lazım. Sağlıklı yaşam için bu elzem. İlk olarak sabah erken uyanmak için gereken önlemleri alacağım.*

In this walk, I went to a place I hadn't been to for a long time. The structure you see in the image is one of the historical madrasahs. However, the madrasah is currently being used by one of the foundations. Many historical buildings in the city have been opened to the use of foundations close to the government.

The old buildings are all single-story. The new buildings, on the other hand, create many contributions and shade areas by blocking the sun. They prevent the sun from reaching the ground. The buildings built today are so unaesthetic and harmful that when I see old buildings, I begin to feel admiration.

These are the pictures I took while going from home to my destination. As I said before, I do not drive a vehicle or car unless it is necessary. Naturally, this has a positive effect on my health. I look about 10 years younger than my friends who stay away from a healthy lifestyle.

After completing my walk, I walked towards the market center. There are beautiful historical buildings in the market center. Historical buildings really create different feelings in people. After the historical buildings in the market center were restored, the interest of tourists started to increase more.

*Yürüyüşümü tamamladıktan sonra çarşı merkezine doğru yürüdüm. Çarşı merkezinde birbirinden güzel tarihi yapılar var. Tarihi yapılar insanda farklı duygular oluşturuyor gerçekten. Çarşı merkezindeki tarihi yapılar restore edildikten sonra turistlerin ilgisi daha fazla artmaya başladı.*
