I am here with you with a new Wednesday Walk post. Being here and sharing a new post is a great pleasure for me. It benefits me in many ways. I hope it is the same for you.

The harder you try to exercise and walk, the more it benefits. The benefits come in the long run. Where I live, there is a lot of slope and hill, and there are many mountainous areas. I can only walk in the city center because of the winter season. Being in a mountainous area during this season is quite risky. The risk of avalanche is high, the possibility of getting caught in rain and blizzards is high, and it is possible to encounter wild animals. For this reason, I mostly do my mountain walks in spring and autumn.

*Egzersiz, yürüyüş yaparken ne kadar zorlanırsanız faydası bir o kadar fazla oluyor. Getirisi uzun vadede ortaya çıkıyor. Yaşadığım yerde eğim, yokuş fazla, dağlık alan oldukça çok. Kış mevsiminden dolayı sadece şehir merkezinde yürüyüş yapabiliyorum. Bu mevsimde dağlık alanda bulunmak oldukça riskli. Çığ riski yüksek, yağış ve tipiye yakalanma ihtimali çok, yabani hayvanlarla karşılaşmak mümkün. Bu nedenle dağ yürüyüşlerimi çoğunlukla ilkbahar ve sonbahar mevsiminde yapıyorum.*

There are many historical buildings in the city center. There are protected historical houses, mosques, tombs and a castle that is about 5000 years old. Being there takes me back to the past. That's why I like being in those areas when I walk.

*Şehir merkezinde tarihi yapılar oldukça fazla. Korunma altına alınmış tarihi evler, camiiler, türbeler ve yaklaşık 5000 yıllık bir kale bulunmaktadır. Orada bulunmak beni geçmişe götürüyor. Bu nedenle yürüyüş yaparken o bölgelerde bulunmak hoşuma gidiyor.*

Historical houses are under protection but they are dangerous because they are in ruins. Although this house in the image looks okay from the front, the back of the house has collapsed. The structures that are under protection need to be restored as soon as possible. Because in a small earthquake, such structures will collapse and pose a great danger to the people there.

*Tarihi evler korunma altında ancak harabe halde oldukları için tehlike arz ediyor. Görseldeki bu ev, ön taraftan sorunsuz gözükse de evin arka tarafı yıkılmış durumda. Korunma altına alınan yapıların bir an önce restore edilmesi lazım. Çünkü küçük bir depremde bu tür yapılar yıkılıp orada bulunan insanlar için büyük tehlike oluşturacaktır.*

I went up a hill to take better photos of the city and historical buildings. It was a place where the slope was quite steep. If someone who doesn't exercise wants to climb that hill, it will be difficult. There is a shrine on this hill. People mostly visit this shrine on Fridays. Most of the visitors are old people, so they have a hard time climbing up here.

*Şehrin, tarihi yapıların fotoğraflarını daha güzel bir şekilde çekmek için bir tepeye çıktım. Eğimin oldukça fazla olduğu bir yerdi. Egzersiz yapmayan biri o tepeyi tırmanmak isterse zorlanır. Bu tepede bir türbe bulunuyor. İnsanlar çoğunlukla cuma günleri bu türbeyi ziyaret eder. Ziyarete gelenlerin çoğu yaşlı insanlar, bu yüzden burayı tırmanırken oldukça zorlanıyorlar.*

Another historical house. Some of these structures are owned by foundations. The restored structures are rented to associations close to the government free of charge. It started snowing while I was writing this article. There will probably be snowy photos in my next post. See you next week.
