*Assalamu Alaikum,*
*How is everyone? I hope everyone is much better and healthier. I am much better.*

*There are different types of kachu such as shola kachu, mukhi kachu, manan kachu and zinc kachu. Kachu contains a lot of vitamins. Constipation is eliminated as it is hopeful. So today I am sharing with you how to cook shola kachu with shrimp. This shola is made from the roots of the kachu tree. So let's see how I cooked Shola Kachu with shrimp.*

*I have taken two shola kachu here for cooking shola kachu. This time I cut the sprouts into small pieces.*

*This time I put a pan in the oven and boiled some of it in the pan with water. If you boil some of them a little, you will not touch the cheeks. When the kachus are slightly cooked, I separate the kachus from the water.*

*Here I took the shrimp. This time I have chosen the shrimps. This time I put a pan in the oven and fried the shrimps in a pan with a little oil, salt and turmeric powder.*

*I put a ring in the oven again and mixed the raw chilli paste, onion paste and garlic paste with oil in the pan.*
*After a while, I poured kachu inside and added salt and turmeric powder. Now I will stir them a little and take a little water with a little bit of water.*

*When the kachu has been removed, I have given enough water inside it. After a while I put shrimp inside it. After frying in this way for 10 to 15 minutes, I will fry it again with cumin paste for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes my kachu is cooked. But it is very good to eat kachu cooked. Many people think that Shola Kachu is not called or Shola Kachu cannot be cooked and eaten but it was a misconception but Shola Kachu melts completely.*
