Hoy les traigo lo que fue mi almuerzo el día de ayer, hice algo práctico y sobre todo rápido. Mi hija sophia no estaba por lo que decidí no comer tan completo como de costumbre, así que hice esta receta con cosas que ya tenía en mi nevera y resultó bastante bien

Iniciamos cortando la salchichas muy finitas y la pusimos en un sarten, cocinamos por un rato, hice un salsa rosada que básicamente es mayonesa, salsa de tomate y mostaza 

Calenté el pan árabe y le agregue la salsa, luego le coloque el queso amarillo en pedazos y luego coloque las salchichas calientes, encima le agregue papas fritas y doble a la mitad

I heated the Arabic bread and added the sauce, then I put the yellow cheese in pieces and then put the hot sausages, on top I added french fries and folded them in half.
