Verwendet keine Wäremleitpaste mehr, sondern das hier:

Graphene-Sheets ist eine neue Technologie, wie man den thermischen Widerstand zwischen dem CPU-Heatspreader und dem CPU-Kühler minimieren kann.

Das Sheet ist ein extrem dünnes Blatt aus kristallin angeordneten Graphene-Schichten, die eine sehr gute Wärmeleitfähigkeit haben.

Das Sheet ist insgesamt nur 0.2 mm (!) dünn und kann sehr leicht brechen, wenn man es biegt.

Vorteil gegenüber Wärmeleitpaste ist, dass die Sheets, wenn sie einmal richtig installiert sind, sehr langlebig sind, nicht ständig gewechselt werden müssen, nicht austrocknen und ihre Wärme-Leitfähigkeit mit der Zeit nicht verlieren. 

Und noch einen Vorteil haben die Sheets, man erspart sich endlich das Hantieren und Herumkleckern mit der Wärmeleitpaste und das mühsame Entfernen der alten Paste. Sheets sind einfach die sauberere Methode und können sogar wiederverwendet werden.

Nachteile sind, dass sie ein bisschen teurer sind als Wärmeleitpaste, nicht an die Performance von "Liquid Metal" herankommen und, dass sie elektrisch leitfähig sind und dass die Sheets leicht brechen können, wenn man sie biegt.

Was sagt ihr dazu? Habt ihr schon mal einen PC zusammengebaut und KryoSheets statt Wärmeleitpaste verwendet? Was ist eure Erfahrung mit den Sheets?

Don't use thermal paste anymore, use this instead:

Graphene sheets is a new technology to minimize the thermal resistance between the CPU heatspreader and the CPU cooler.

The sheet is an extremely thin sheet of crystalline graphene layers that have very good thermal conductivity.

The sheet is only 0.2 mm (!) thin in total and can break very easily when bent.

The advantage over thermal paste is that, once correctly installed, the sheets are very durable, do not have to be constantly replaced, do not dry out and do not lose their thermal conductivity over time. 

Another advantage of the sheets is that you no longer have to fiddle and mess around with thermal paste and the tedious task of removing the old paste. Sheets are simply the cleaner method and can even be reused.

The disadvantages are that they are a bit more expensive than thermal paste, do not come close to the performance of “liquid metal” and that they are electrically conductive and that the sheets can easily break when they are bent.
