Das ist schon ein spannender Widerspruch! 
Einerseits soll KI im Job genutzt werden, andererseits ist sie im Bewerbungsprozess tabu. 
Natürlich verstehe ich, dass man die echten Fähigkeiten eines Bewerbers bewerten möchte
aber wäre es nicht sinnvoller, KI-Kompetenz direkt als Skill zu testen?  🤔

Can a company safely detect that a candidate is not actually using AI? There is no point in banning something that cannot be controlled. 
If a candidate is merely inspired by AI, I don't think its use is detectable. Or rather, it would be hard to prove.

I think it's better to not rely on AI to give them a better idea of who you are. It is a bit ironic though, but I do think that there should be a section that shows how much you know AI.

I was a bit shocked when I first read this. Then I noticed that the small print explains why. So I kind of understand that. But is it really any different from saying, don't use a calculator or spell checker, even though they are universally acceptable these days?

Finde ich absolut OK, man stellt ja Menschen ein in dem Fall und keine AIs.
Für AIs brauchen sie ohnehin keinen Bewerbungsprozess 😁.
Wäre aber gut, wenn sie eine Aufgabe für die Bewerber machen, für die man AI braucht, damit sie sehen, wie die Bewerber damit umgehen.

Ich glaube die KI Ära wird noch denkfaulere Menschen hervorbringen als ohnehin schon. Wird dann ähnlich wie in Mass Effect. Ich zitiere die beschädigte VI Virgil: "Als die Protheaner ausgelöscht waren zogen sich die Reaper zurück in den Orkus Nebel. Ihre indoktrinierten Handlanger blieben zurück. Geistlose Hüllen, die zu keinen eigenständigen Gedanken mehr fähig waren und schon bald verhungerten oder an kosmischer Strahlung starben."

Maybe they're trying to weed out those who have poor language or writing skills. Regardless, it's a stupid rule in my opinion since they are an AI company. But as an employer, I would like to see the candidates skills to perform a job on their own without help.  Call me old fashioned...

I am thinking that they are trying to test out the skills of applicants without relying on AI

I hope AI detectors get better, as much as I don't care, I also don't like people not thinking for themselves and just autopiloting life on AI knowledge.
