Good day, fellow Hivians and dear readers from both HIVE and outside of it! For today's personal life post on my HIVE blog, I decided to write a bit about some visual memories that I've managed to collect over the last academic year via my iPhone by photographing what I deemed interesting in my student life at „Ștefan cel Mare” University Of Suceava (USV) in Bukovina, northeastern Romania. 

At the same time, this post also includes a brief update on my academic status at 'Digital Media' (Romanian: Media digitală), showcasing my grades and the fact that I successfully passed my first BSc year along with some well earned and well worked scholarships, ranging from a merit scholarship to several ones which have been granted to me based on my activity as both group leader, radio man (at the student radio station), and a participation at national academic conference between USV and SNSPA (a university based in Bucharest).

That being said, let's start off with the photographs:

<i>The staircase tower on which I finished reading Dave Mustaine's 'A Heavy Metal Memoir' in 2012. This staircase tower belongs to a modern-looking and already renovated student dormitory. I usually sat at the 4th and last level, being able to see my block of flats from there which is situated in the very proximity of USV's campus.</i></center>

<i>Last but not least, an iPhone screenshot depicting the overview of my yearly averages at 'Digital Media' (Romanian: Media digitală) at USV on the university's online schooling platform (Romanian: școlaritate). I know for certain that I, as well as several other fellow students from my profile/specialization, deserved far better grades in some courses, but that's life... Still, my yearly average was 9.545, which is quite good indeed and I worked very hard for it in the first place!</i></center>
