I notice something strange....reward value of few post reduced from $0.100 to $0.300. .....like this post was showing $1.4 approx however after HF21 it is showing $1.1,

yes that is the intended effect of the reward curve change - posts making "smaller" amounts (less than 20 steem payout) see a reduction in $ after HF21, which includes posts published before the hardfork but still in payout. So yes, posts that were showing $1.4 before the hardfork would show $1.1 after - the $1.4 payout was based on the old reward curve, the new $1.1 payout is based on the new reward curve.

I've been told psrtiko didn't update so if that's correct they're dead, finally.. I can't confirm or deny this at the moment, but based on their total lack of communication and recent developments I'd say it makes sense they are not running the latest version...

I used a beta node for this one and changed the node to anyx on keychain... that seemed to work.  Steemit.com didn't work for voting and I couldn't login to busy.
