An Anxious Mess

It's crazy the way the human body works. I remember feeling really hurt sometime ago and I could feel actually pains in my chest. How emotional pain translates to physical pain, I have no idea. I should probably have paid more attention in physiology classes or maybe I wasn't taught. What I do know is I am crazily anxious this morning and my bowels are suffering as a result. My heart feels heavy and is thumping hard. I've been to the loo earlier and I still feel like going. 

I know what's making me anxious and it'll stop soon. It's way better knowing why you are anxious than not knowing at all. Sometimes I feel this way for no apparent reason and it fucks me up bad. I assume there's an underlying reason even if I can't place a finger on it. Well, I'm glad I'm not a nervous wreck most of the time.

Well, with that intense crazy new moon it is pretty deep for everyone i believe.
If you have ginger and lemon make a drink of that with honey and warm water about a liter and it will be good to not eat for half a day or whole day to let your body clean and regenerate . May you feel better , sweets ♥️
