Tutorial Bollos Pelones tradición Zuliana- Venezuela
Hola queridos amigo de esta inmensa plataforma hive. En esta oportunidad es un honor compartir con ustedes la receta de una comida típica del estado Zulia-Venezuela,es un Plato Regional Bollos Pelones de Pollo.

<center><h5>Colocamos a cocinar el pollo en abundante agua,le colocamos sal y ajo al gusto ya que es insípida la pechuga.</h5></center>

<center><h5>Se coloca una salsa de ajo preparada por mí con ajo aceite perejil cilantro cebolla cebollín sal vinagre leche  se licua y se mantiene en el refrigerador para del preparado de comida.</h5></center>

<center><h5> Preparacion de la masa</h5></center>

<center><h5>Harina pan, sal al gusto y agua</h5></center>

<center><h5>En un recipiente amasar la harina, agregar la sal y el agua, amasar muy bien hasta que la masa quede suave</h5></center>

<center><h5>Agarrar un pedazo de masa hacer un huequito como se muestra en la imagen</h5></center>

<center><h5>Cubrir la parte de arriba con masa para formar el bollo</h5></center>

<center><h5>Una vez armados los bollos poner una olla con agua a hervir y después que comience a hervir colocar los bollos para su cocción</h5></center>
