En la comunidad <a href="https://hive.blog/@hive-102879">Emotions&Feelings</a> tienen una bonita iniciativa denominada el <a href="https://hive.blog/hive-102879/@hive-102879/initiative-world-hug-day-january-21-iniciativa-dia-del-abrazo-21-de-enero">Día mundial del abrazo</a> en la cual nos impulsa hablar sobre ellos y los sentimientos que nos generan, por ello aquí les dejo mi participación:

<b>Abrazar y ser abrazados… es un gesto que vemos tan pequeño, pero está repleto de sentimientos,</b> donde a veces te cura el alma a tal punto de reconfortarnos a nivel emocional.<br><br>
El acto de abrazar lo tenemos presente desde muy pequeños, lo primero que hacen unos padres es abrazar a su hijo cuando llega al mundo, luego de eso todo en la vida trata de un abrazo bien sea para demostrar amor, calmar algún dolor o llanto para reconfortar un fracaso o una pérdida, para despedirnos o por alegría. El punto es que abrazar es una forma de dar amor a los que nos rodean, aunque a veces ignoramos la importancia de ese pequeño detalle (Yo soy de esas).

The act of hugging is present in our lives from a very young age, the first thing parents do is hug their child when he/she comes into the world, after that everything in life is about a hug either to show love, to calm some pain or cry to comfort a failure or a loss, to say goodbye or for joy. The point is that hugging is a way of giving love to those around us, although sometimes we ignore the importance of that small detail (I am one of those).

El hecho de abrazar no me gusta mucho, no anda abrazando a cada rato😂, en realidad es porque no soy expresiva con mis sentimientos. Y abrazar es significado de expresar mucho sentimiento😩

Aunque si he recibido muchos abrazos, y también he abrazado; se me hace difícil mencionar algún sentimiento o emoción al recibirlos, puesto que cada situación al ser abrazados o abrazar es diferente, ya que implica la persona, momento, o contexto. Pero creo que sí he experimentado muchos: <b>el abrazo que te da tranquilidad, por reencuentro, saludo o despedida, consuelo, protección, seguridad o hasta por fastidiarme como los de mis hermanas (algo así es mi cara cuando sé que lo hacen con esas intenciones) 😂.</b>

Although I have received many hugs, and I have also hugged; it is difficult for me to mention any feeling or emotion when receiving them, since each situation when being hugged or hugging is different, since it implies the person, moment, or context. But I think I have experienced many:<b> the hug that gives you peace of mind, for reunion, greeting or farewell, comfort, protection, security or even to annoy me like those of my sisters (something like that is my face when I know that they do it with those intentions.)😂.</b>

En muchas ocasiones cuando no tenemos algo que decir simplemente nos abrazamos, por el hecho de que este gesto vale mucho, dándonos más tranquilidad que cualquier palabra. A pesar que no me gusten mucho sé cuando una persona lo necesita y lo hago, o los recibo porque me llenan de felicidad y calma.

In many occasions when we don't have something to say we simply hug, because this gesture is worth a lot, giving us more peace of mind than any words. Even though I don't like them very much I know when a person needs it and I do it, or I receive them because they fill me with happiness and calm.

Los abrazos de mis seres queridos son especiales para mí y aunque no se los digo son muy importantes, por cierto, los extraño muchísimos🥺. <b>El cálido abrazo de mamá que siempre me daba cosquillas, el de mi papá que transmitía seguridad, el muy corto pero muy significativo abrazo de mi abuelo, los fastidiosos abrazos de mis hermanas y el de mi pequeña bella todas las mañanas antes de irme a trabajar.</b><br><br>
Resaltando que a la única persona que le ruego por un abrazo es a mi sobrino Jael, ese pequeño ser saco el carácter un poco más fuerte que el mío, por ende, le fastidia que uno lo agarre, pero aun así cuando me dejaba en ese caso la fastidiosa por un abrazo era yo😅.

The hugs from my loved ones are special to me and although I don't tell them they are very important, by the way, I miss them very much🥺. <b>Mom's warm hug that always tickled me, my dad's hug that conveyed me security, my grandfather's very short but very heartfelt hug, my sisters' nagging hugs and my little bella's hug every morning before I left for work.</b>

I would highlight that the only person I beg for a hug is my nephew Jael, that little being has a little stronger character than mine, therefore, he is annoyed when you grab him, but even so when he left me in that case the annoying one for a hug was me😅.

El hecho de que no me guste tanto este gesto no quiere decir que no me haga falta, obviamente un abrazo será el afecto más caluroso y sincero que exista. En las personas correctas y especiales se convierten esos abrazos nuestro lugar seguro.

The fact that I don't like this gesture so much doesn't mean that I don't need it, obviously a hug will be the warmest and most sincere affection that exists. With the right and special people those hugs become our safe place.
