Hello friends lovers of culinary delights, pineapple is a very refreshing fruit that we can use in many summer preparations such as juices, cocktails, salads, sweets. To make the syrup, melt one tablespoon of margarine or butter and add three tablespoons of sugar. Stir until it takes this consistency. Place the pineapple slices on top and then pour the whole mixture.

Cook in the covered skillet over low heat for approximately 25-30 minutes. Pierce with a toothpick or knife and if it comes out clean it is ready, otherwise leave for another few minutes. When ready, let it cool, remove the edges and turn over with the help of a large plate.
