My Actifit Report Card: January 9 2022

Hallo liebe Hivians,

Mein, bzw. Unser Urlaub geht heute zu Ende und ab Morgen geht es für mich und meine Frau wieder zur Arbeit und für unsere Tochter in die Schule.

Unser Neujahr und unsere guten Vorsätze werden daher erst ab Morgen umgesetzt. Aber eigentlich gibt es in diesem Jahr keine Vorsätze. Vielmehr ist es zu jedem Jahresbeginn das gleiche.

"The same procedure as every year" , wenn man so will.

Traditionell geht es für uns alle ab morgen auf Diät, bzw. wird die Ernährung umgestellt und sich gesünder ernährt. In den nächsten Woche steht auf unserem Speiseplan hauptsächlich Gemüse , Obst, Vollkornbrot und alles was sonst dazu gehört. Das Meiste vom Zuckerkram oder Junkfood wird verbannt.

Heute haben wir alle Schränke leergeräumt und ich habe die gesamten Süßigkeiten bei meiner Mutter und ihrem Freund "entsorgt". Da ist das in besten Händen und wird sicherlich nicht schlecht.

Das regenfreie Wetter haben wir heute noch einmal zu einem Spaziergang im Nationalpark Maasduinen in Holland genutzt.

Nach diesem Spaziergang haben wir eine weitere Tradition umgesetzt und zwar holen wir an unserem letzten Urlaubstag immer das Essen bei einer bekannten amerikanischen Fast-Food-Kette. Sozusagen als Abschluss des Urlaubs.

Ab Morgen geht unser Neujahr also erst richtig los. Mal sehen was uns das Jahr bringt.

Hello dear Hivians,

My, or rather our vacation ends today and from tomorrow it goes for me and my wife back to work and for our daughter to school.

Our New Year and our good resolutions will therefore be implemented only from tomorrow. But actually there are no resolutions this year. Rather, it is the same at the beginning of every year.

"The same procedure as every year" , if you will.

Traditionally, we all go on a diet starting tomorrow, or rather, our diet is changed and we eat healthier. In the next week is on our menu mainly vegetables, fruit, whole grain bread and everything else that belongs to it. Most of the sugar stuff or junk food will be banned.

Today I brought all the sweets to my mother and her boyfriend. There it is in the best hands and will certainly not go bad.

We took advantage of the rainless weather today to go for a walk in the Maasduinen National Park in Holland.

After this walk we implemented another tradition and that is that on our last day of vacation we always get the food at a well-known American fast food restaurant. So to speak as a conclusion of the vacation.
