So, we continue our amazing journey into the world of magic, nature and large fantastic forms, about the trip to which I began my story some time ago. All this happened in the Kaluga region, where we went with tents to an equipped camping. Since there was a famous artpark nearby, I mostly kept my stories about those sights. which we met there.

ONLINE REFERENCE: Nikola-Lenivets is the largest art park in Europe around a tiny village in the Kaluga region. Here, a collection of works of modern art and architecture unfolded right in the open air. Nikola-Lenivets is 650 hectares of land open for creative experiments and the search for non—standard solutions in various fields — from art to eco-farming.
Artists and architects of international level, as well as local residents participated in the creation of the objects. The ideologist of the project is the artist Nikolai Polissky.

When we looked at the church on the hill (about which I wrote in my last publication, we immediately went to the hillside, from where the view was so amazing that I even took my breath away with delight.

There was a beautiful valley below, where the river flowed. There was a forest around, meadows spread out, overgrown with tall and low grasses. On the bank of the river there was a giant structure, outwardly resembling a building from an ancient Russian temple.

For some reason, it suddenly seemed to me that I had moved a thousand years ago on a time machine, as if a fire-breathing flying snake would suddenly fly out from behind the hill, and a brave hero on a bay horse would chase after him...

Despite the fact that many cars and even one huge tourist bus were parked nearby, there were very few people in the valley near the art object. Perhaps it was really very hot that day, or maybe everyone was suddenly scared of some hypothetical dragon, too.

But we still got closer, where I took some detailed pictures. Upon closer examination, it turned out that the "ancient temple" was not laid out of thin twigs (as it might seem at first glance from a distance), but made of a huge number of different thick logs and tree trunks.

I wonder what kind of hero or dragon it was who was able to create such a majestic structure, about 40 meters high? There was even a staircase inside, along which the wife and daughter climbed to the very top. I didn't really want to follow them because the weather wasn't conducive to much physical activity at all.

A few swimmers splashed near the river. The shore was also extremely beautiful, in the theme of past reflections. The artist Vasnetsov has a famous painting "Alyonushka", and it seemed to me then that he painted his canvas directly from nature from these very places.

Итак, мы продолжаем наше удивительное путешествие в мир магии, природы и крупных фантастических форм, о поездке к которым я начал свой рассказ некоторое время назад. Всё это происходило в Калужской области, куда мы ездили с палатками в оборудованный кемпинг. Так как рядом находился знаменитый артпарк, то я в основном вёл свои рассказы о тех достопримечательностях. которые мы там встретили.

СПРАВКА ИЗ СЕТИ: Никола-Ленивец — это самый большой арт-парк Европы вокруг крохотной деревни в Калужской области. Здесь прямо под открытым небом развернулась коллекция произведений современного искусства и архитектуры. Никола-Ленивец — это 650 гектаров земли, открытой для творческих экспериментов и поиска нестандартных решений в разных областях — от искусства до экофермерства.
В создании объектов участвовали как художники и архитекторы международного уровня, так и местные жители. Идеолог проекта — художник Николай Полисский.

Когда мы осмотрели церковь на холме (про которую я писал в своей прошлой публикации, то сразу вышли на склон холма, откуда открывался настолько удивительный вид, что у меня даже перехватило дыхание от восторга.

низу расстилалась прекрасная долина, где текла река. Вокруг рос лес, раскинулись луга, поросшие высокими и низкими травами. На берегу реки высилась гигантская конструкция, внешне напоминающая постройку из древнерусского капища.

Мне почему-то вдруг показалось, что я на машине времени переместился на тысячу лет назад, будто сейчас вдруг вылетит из-за холма огнедышаший летающий змей, а за ним вдогонку пустится храбрый богатырь на гнедом коне...

Несмотря на то, что на стоянке рядом было припарковано множество машин и даже один огромный туристический автобус, в долине у арт-объекта находилось очень мало людей. Возможно в этот день было действительно очень жарко, а может быть все вдруг тоже испугались некоего гипотетического дракона.

Но мы всё же подошли ближе, где я сделал несколько подробных снимков. При ближайшем рассмотрении оказалось, что "древнее капище" выложено не из тоненьких прутиков (как это могло издали показаться на первый взгляд), а сделано из огромного количества разных толстых брёвен и стволов деревьев.

Интересно, что это был за богатырь или дракон, кто смог создать такую величественную конструкцию, высотой примерно 40 метров в высоту? Внутри даже оказалась лестница, по которой жена и дочка поднялись на самый верх. Мне не очень хотелось следовать за ними, потому что погода совсем не располагала к большой физической активности.

У самой реки плескались редкие купающиеся. Берег также был чрезвычайно красивым, в тему прошлых размышлений. У художника Васнецова есть знаменитая картина "Алёнушка", и мне тогда показалось, что он писал своё полотно прямо с натуры из этих самых мест.
