Here is a question for you, if you want to save some money on food but don’t want to stay hungry, what would you do?🤔
Today I want to share with you about some tips that I often practice in daily life for you to take for reference. Hope they will be helpful to keep your budget!👆
Well, I want to identify at first, here I mean the ways to keep your budget and also take well-balanced meal into consideration. In other words, it’s definitely not the ones to quit food or ask you to eat canned food every day! LOL
親愛的朋友們，如果出國想省餐費又不想餓肚子，這邊有幾項經過身體力行的小妙招提供給大家參考！
另外要先聲明的是，這兒分享的是兼顧荷包雨營養的省錢小妙招，可不是要大家餓肚子或吃罐頭食品喔！

I. Meal Deal
Almost every supermarket will have their Meal Deal series. To my surprise, there will be a main dish, a pack of snack or fruit, and a bottle of drink. And each one there will be a couple of choices for you!🤗
Don’t worry! The content is totally enough for most people! See, that’s what I had!
Sometimes you may regard it a chance to taste something new! Take the bar for example, I just couldn’t imagine that’s a sausage.😂
很多超市都會有推出所謂的超值組合餐，其實包括得了主餐，零食和飲料，以正常食量的人來說，一餐絕對是夠的，尤其我覺得歐美的三明治份量都很足！
In my case, after finishing the main dish and drink, I even leave the snack to go with my afternoon tea!
有時也因此可體驗一些平常沒買過的飲料或零食口味，也是很特別的嚐鮮體驗！像這次沒特別看仔細，抓了包巧克棒（自以為）當副餐，結果拆開才發現居然是像香腸又像熱狗的點心呢！
II. Special Discount
As mentioned above, if you want to save money, it’s important to cook by yourself! Then it takes wisdom for you to pick the materials in the market.
Now comes the question, what are your best choices? The ones which are on sale now, of course!
要省錢的話，買食材親自下廚絕對是王道！但要怎麼買的便宜又豐盛就考驗智慧囉！首先要注意看當天特價品，例如買三樣算兩樣的錢，或搭配組合的特價（a+b=$4 etc.），另外下殺半價的商品也是手刀拿下的目標！當然也要理智的注意保存期限喔！
Thus, you have to pay attention to those are sale now or the ones with tags, like “buy 3 for 2,””any two for 4” and so on.
See, even cook at home, you can still have a big meal! 🍽
回家好好用心料理也是可以營養又美味的！
III. Coupon
Promise me, next time when you receive the coupon attached with ad or some one give away on the street, never throw in the garbage can right away. If you spend one minute to take a look and keep those you need, you will thank for the patience you’ve spent. 😏

¿Qué es el signo?
El signo es el insumo fundamental del lenguaje, es el hilo transmisor que hace posible la concreción de lo ideado, la palabra es un signo, los números son signos, los colores son signos. Las sociedades crean sus propios signos para expresar sus valores. Un ejemplo de esto, lo tenemos en la India, donde el lunar rojo tilaka que llevan las mujeres casadas en la frente, tiene un significado que en cualquier otra sociedad no es compartido.

Otro ejemplo se refiere a los valores estéticos, se da en Japón, se trata de los luchadores de sumo, la estructura corporal de estos luchadores es considerada ideal en términos estéticos en esta sociedad, pero antiestética en la civilización occidental.

De igual manera se crean signos para las costumbres, la gastronomía, en fin todo lo que es considerado cultural. De tal forma que las sociedades crean sus propios signos y en tanto conjunto conforman las diferentes culturas.
¿Cómo interviene la ideología a través del lenguaje?
Pero, existe un elemento interventor en la cultura que no debe ser perdido de vista, tal es el caso de las ideologías. Lo ideológico navega en el mar de la cultura imponiendo las normas que han de seguir para imponer los valores culturales que le interese al poder dominante, es por ello que algunas culturas han perdido parte de su identidad y han incorporado nuevos valores traducidos en signos que entran en contradicción con los suyos propios; tal dominio es ejercido por las ideologías a través del propio lenguaje.

El lenguaje es un instrumento de cultura
El lenguaje también es instrumento para la ciencia. La ciencia como resultado de una práctica social le interesa comunicar y explicar la realidad natural y social, los modelos de razón definidos por el lenguaje, le sirve para abstraer tal realidad. Dice Moreno la ciencia es abstracción, es idea (…) es lenguaje, es signo.

En definitiva, el lenguaje como instrumento de la práctica y cohesión social es instrumento de la cultura, de la ciencia y de la ideología; pero también de la filosofía como práctica cultural que hace teoría sobre la base de la reflexión y la crítica para explicar todo tipo de conocimiento.
