<p>Hepimiz yeni olduk, hepimiz hem blog hem de sosyal medya havasındaki sistemde takıldığımız yerler oldu. Sonuçta bazılarını kendi çabalarımızla, bazılarını da diğer üyelerin yardımıyla öğreniyoruz ve öğrenmeye devam ediyoruz.</p>
<p>Yeni üyelere bazı temel konularda ışık tutması açısında bu yazıyı hazırlama gereği duydum. Çünkü doğal olarak arkadaşlar adaptasyon sorunu yaşıyorlar. Öncelikle Steem Nedir? SBD Nedir? Steem Power nedir? bu üç temel konuya eğilmek istiyorum. Çünkü birbiriyle çok sık bir şekilde karıştırılıyor.</p>

<p>Steemite ilk üye olduğunuzda wallet kısmında 0.500 Steem powerınız ve parantez içerisinde buna benzer bir sayı bulunur. Örn; (14.123) gibi Parantez içeirisdeki bölüm steemitin yeni üyelere verdiği delegasyon yani bağıştır. Diğeri is kendi steem powerımızdır. </p>
<p>Steem ve SBD birbiriyle hemilgili hem farklı iki farklı coindir. Steem, Steemit sisteminin temel coini iken SBD ödemelerin yapıldığı coindir.</p>
<p>Yeni üye oldunuz, şifrenizi aldınız ki asla kaybetmeyin, steemit bu konuda defalarca uyarıyor, Steemite girdiniz. Şimdi ne yapacaksınız? En yaygın yapılan hata Submit a Story kısmına girip standart bir makale yazmak. Ama burası sadece blog değil aynı zamanda bir sosyal medya platformu. Bu sebeple sizi diğer üyelerin tanımasını sağlayacak ayrıntılı bir yazı başlamak için en doğrusu bence. Çünkü Steemit insan etkileşimlerinden oluşan bir sisteme sahip. Siz insanlarla etkileşime girmezseniz onlarda sizi oylamaz. Ne kadar kaliteli yazarsanız yazın. Sonuçta insanların sizi tanıması çok büyük önem taşıyor.</p>
<p>Steemit üyeleri olarak kullandığımız Tag ların başında"tr" geliyor. Bunu türkçe içeriği bulunan ya da Türkiye ile ilgili her paylaşımda kullanabilirsiniz. "Kuşadası" tagı <strong>yasaklı </strong>tagımızdır. Bu tagı kullanan kullanıcılar tarafımızdan desteklenmeyecek aksine dışlanacaktır.</p>
<p>Şimdi yeni üyelerimize birkaç temel kuraldan bahsetmek istiyorum.</p>
<p>- Öncelikle yapılan tüm işlemler saygı sevgi çerçevesinde yapılmalıdır. Küfür, sarkıntılık vb. durumlar topluluğumuz tarafından hoş karşılanmayacak ve bu tip kişilere topluluğumuz tarafından gereken tepki gösterilecektir.</p>
<p>- Yazılarınız bilgi içerikli bir yazıysa mutlaka kaynak belirtmelisiniz. Aynı şekilde kullandığınız resimler size ait değilse bu resimlerinde kaynağını da belirtmelisiniz.</p>
<p>- Spam tag kullanmayın. Konularınızda konularınız ile ilgili tagları kullanın. Örneğin resim size ait değilse photography tagını kullanmayın. Steemit platformunun kendisi ile alakalı bir yazı paylaşmıyorsanız steemit tagını kullanmayın. Steem yani coinin kendisi ile alakalı bir yazı paylaşmayacaksanız steem tagını kullanmayın. Bu örnekler çoğaltılabilir. </p>
<p>- Plagiarism den uzak durun. Yani kopyala yapıştır ya da spinlenmiş içerik paylaşmayın. Küçük bir bölüm alıntılamamız gerekiyorsa < > gibi bir aralığa alıntı olduğunu belirtecek şekilde paylaşım yapın.</p>
<p>- Kendinizi sürekli oylamayın. Yani günde 5-6 yazı paylaşıp sürekli kendinizi oylamayın. Günde 1-2 yazı idealdir. Oy gücünüz paylaşıldıkça çoğalır. Biraz garip bir tabir oldu ama bencil insanlaın bu toplulukta barınması mümkün değildir.</p>

<p>@oendertuerk Topluluğumuzda uzun bir geçmişi olan bu üyemiz daha çok dış işleri ile ilgilenmektedir. kendisi topluluğumuzun gelişmesine katkı sağlamak amacıyla Dış ülke üyelerinde büyük hesap sahipleriyle iletişim kurmakta, proje ve bot gibi geliştiriciler üzerinde desteklerin gelmesini sağlamaktadır.</p>
<p>@steeminator3000 kısa zaman önce yaşanan ve topluluğumuz için vahim bir olay olarak değerlendirdiğimiz durumun otaya çıkarılmasında büyük pay sahibidir. Kendisi aynı zaanda yukarıdaki diğer iki üyemize destek olmaktadır.</p>
<p>Bunların haricinde çeşitli projelerde çalışan üyelerimiz bulunmakta ve bu ana kadronun iş yükünü hafifleterek aramızda bir iş bölümü yapmaktayız. Sistemi öğrenip aramıza tam anlamıyla dahil olduğunuzda sizlere de istemeniz halinde mevcut durumunda müsait olması durumunda görevler verilebilecektir.</p>
<p>Çok uzak olmayan bir zamanda 26 topluluk üyemize 2.5 k SP civarında destek verilmiştir. Bu destek yine topluluk için kullanılmakta ve büyük çoğunlukla tr tagı altında paylaşılan konular oylanmaktadır. Bunun önemi ne diye dşünecek olursanız. Bu destekler olmadan tr topluluğundaki tüm hesaplar küçük hesaplardır. Bu durumda direk hem eski hem yeni üyelerin kazançlarına etki etmekte ve topluluk olarak diğer topluluklardan geri kalmamıza sebep olmaktadır. Bu sebeple yönetim kadromuz tarafından yapılan çalışmayla bu destek sağlanmıştır.</p>
<p>Şimdi düşünüyor olabilirsiniz bu destek neden veriliyor bizlere. Steemit daha öncede dediğim gibi etkileşim ile yaşayan bir platform. Bu etkileşim olmazsa ve herkes kendine çalışırsa Steem coinin değeri düşecektir. Bu sisteme yatırım yapmış birçok hesap bulunduğundan yatırımlarının değerlenmesi maksadıyla bu destekler yapılabildiği gibi tamamen yardım maksadıyla da bu destekler yapılabilmektedir.</p>
<p>Şimdi geldik daha önce bahsettiğim oy gücü olayına. steemd.com/@kullanıcıadı şeklinde kullanıcı adı olan yere kullanıcı adınızını yazdığınızda Steemit ile ilgili kayıtların tutulduğu bir platforma yönledirilirsiniz bir nevi blockchain. O platformda gördüğünüz Voting Power sizin oy gücünüzdür. Bu oy gücü her oy kullanmada ortalama %2 civarında azalır. Günlük olarakta %20 dolar. Yani bu hesapla 10 oylama gücünüzün dengede tutulması için yeterlidir. </p>
<p>Yani steemit platformunda ilk yapmanız gereken şey benim şahsi fikrimce kendinizi tanıtmak ve sonra ilgi alanlarınıza göre yazıları paylaşmaktır. Yukarıda bahsettiğim birkaç ana konuya da dikkat ederek bu paylaşımları yapmanız önemli. İnsanlarla sürekli etkileşim içerisinde olun, konuşun yorum yazın. En önemli konulardan birisi de içeriği okuyarak değerlendirin. Bir kişiye ait bir yazıyı okuyarak ona yapacağınız bir yorum gerçekten çok büyük etkiye sahip olacaktır.</p>
<p>Bu tamamen şahsi düşüncem olmakla beraber dürüstlüğünüzü hiçbir zaman kaybetmeyin. Yani para kazanmaya fixlenmeyin. Önce dürüstlük ve sabır. Daha sonra bazı şeyler kendiliğinden gelir zaten.</p>
<p>Topluluğa katkıda bulunmaya çalışın. Bir işi yaparken bencil olmayın. Topluluğu düşünerek haereket edin. Bu durum size kısa vadede kaybettirse bile uzun vadede kazandıracaktır.</p>
