Secara umum, semua orang sadar secara fakta bahwa tidak ada seorangpun yang sempurna. Beberapa orang hampir lebih sempurna dari yang lain, tetapi tidak seorangpun mutlak sempurna. Setiap manusia tentunya mempunyai kualitas masing-masing, dan juga pastinya kebanyakan setiap orang lainnya mempunyai kesalahan apapun jenisnya.
Menyadari fakta bahwa orang lain mempunyai hak untuk berbeda. Janganlah bermain sebagai penguasa dalam segala hal. Jangan tidak menyukai seseorang karena kebiasaannya berbeda dari diri kita sendiri, boleh untuk tidak harus menyetujui apa yang dilakukan orang lain, tapi tidak boleh tidak menyukainya karena melakukan hal itu.
Ada sebagaian orang juga sangat tidak suka jika diberitahu bahwa dia salah, dan ada juga yang secara langsung suka ketika ada orang lain yang memberitahukan bahwa seseorang itu salah. Kedua hal tersebut mempunyai alasan tersendiri suka dan tidak suka ketika diberitahukan sebuah kesalahan. Semua tergantung pada tata cara dalam hal menyampaikan kepada hal tersebut. Kita mempunyai hak atas opini sendiri, akan tetapi terkadang lebih baik menyimpan opini itu untuk diri sendiri saja. Bisa jadi karena opini kita itu belum tentu benar, dan hanya akan menyebabkan orang lain kesal.
Semua orang harus mengakui, mengharapkan kesempurnaa pada setiap orang tentunya nyaris mustahil bahkan bisa dikatakan mustahil. Secara sadar, kita harus menerapkan pandangan yang bahwa tidak ada manusia yang sempurna, akan tetapi setiap orang harus belajar bagaimana untuk menjadi lebih baik. Sempurna bisa di dapatkan melalui sikap, yaitu: kesopanan, jujur, bijak, adil, memiliki jiwa sosial yang tinggi dan lain sebagainya.
Bukankah jika betapa anehnya dunia ini jika semua orang sama dan setiap orang sempurna. Ingat, tidak seorang pun seluruhnya baik dan tidak seorangpun seluruhnya buruk. Orang yang sempurna tidak ada. Sekarang, jika kita membiarkan diri untuk berpikir sebuah kesempurnaan pada orang lain, dapat menemukan banyak hal yang tidak disukaj pada hampir setiap orang. Begitu juga, jika kita berpikir dengan benar terhadap orang lain, tentunya setiap orang yang kita kenal akan menjadi lebih menyenangkan dan saling mengerti satu sama lain.

<p>The <a href="https://icomonitor.io/">ICO Transparency Monitor </a>received a major update and reviewed some of the most recent ICOs. This seems to be a good time to have a deeper look at the tool and some of the newly reviewed ICOs.</p>
<h3>What is the ICO Transparency Monitor?</h3>
<p>On one had the service reviews smart contracts of ICOs and scores them based on their transparency. On the other hand you get a bunch of real time data on the smart contract like how much funding did it collect, when were the funds transferred or how are the tokens distributed across investors.</p>
<p>I took a look at the latest additions to the website and here is what I learned. </p>
<h3>ICOs smart contract which major transparency issues.</h3>
<p><a href="https://icomonitor.io/#/0xe81d72d14b1516e68ac3190a46c93302cc8ed60f">Coinlancer</a> scored badly, mainly because the ICO is not controlled by the smart contract and the source code of the smart contract is not available. </p>
<p><a href="https://icomonitor.io/#/0x568251d813e4c639cea5fd637bc59790dd4d5958">Genaro</a> was classified as not transparent because the deployed contract does not correspond with the <a href="https://github.com/GenaroSanada/Genaro">source code available at Github</a>.</p>
<p>According to ICO Transparency Monitor <a href="https://icomonitor.io/#/0x80fB784B7eD66730e8b1DBd9820aFD29931aab03">Ethlend</a> seemed to be a good contract at first but because all stages of the ICO are triggered by the Administrator of the smart contract, the trust was entirely destroyed.</p>
<h3>ICO smart contract with some minor issues</h3>
<p>This category applies to <a href="https://icomonitor.io/#/0x58b7056deb51ed292614f0da1e94e7e9c589828d">Simple Token</a>. Mostly a good and transparent token, the reviewer only pointed out that the end time of the contract can be extended if the token sale is paused. Fair enough.</p>
