<br/>Hoy quiero hablarles del perdón un tema muy importante para la salud de todos los seres humanos, aunque algunos no les parezca muchas enfermedades como: Depresión, ansiedad, enfermedades cardiacas, cáncer, dolores de espalda, insomnios, ulceras, dolores de cabeza, por nombrar algunas, son producto de no perdonar, de guardar odio y rencor hacia la persona que en algún momento nos hirió.
Quise tocar el tema para que reflexionemos al respecto, me motivo los mensajes frecuentes que escribe una amiga en facebook respecto al padre que la abandonó tales como: ¡Por tu culpa viví una infancia muy desdichada¡ ¡Hay hijos que tienen muy buenos padres pero el mío fue lo peor¡ y todo lo malo que se puedan imaginar lo escribe al respecto.

Resumiendo un poco su caso, lamentablemente su padre como muchos padres latinos sobre todo de la era de los años 40, 50, 60, por nombrar una época en el que el machismo era más acentuado en Venezuela este señor se dedico a tener hijos por todas partes y se enorgullece al decir que tuvo 20 hijos de los cuales en su mayoría nunca se ocupo a excepción de los últimos cuatro.
De allí nace ese odio frecuente que manifiesta mi amiga hacia su padre.
La verdad es que de lo malo se debe ver lo positivo, darle gracias a Dios porque tuvo una buena madre que la educó, la saco adelante para ser la profesional que es.
Por supuesto que no es fácil olvidar el daño que le es causado a un niño por la ausencia de un padre, podría crecer temeroso, con baja autoestima, sentirse rechazado, incapacidad para confiar en los demás. En este caso lo positivo seria que gracias a su padre esta en este mundo y por su bien, por su salud mental es necesario perdonarse y perdonarlo.

Ya con la madurez del adulto esta en cada uno de nosotros buscar comprender el origen de la conducta de ese padre para poder sanar sus heridas a fin de evitar que estas afecten su futuro como adultos, esta es su responsabilidad para ser una personas de bien, evitar victimizarse, se debe poner un alto para evitar que nuestra situación dañe a alguien más llámese espos@, hij@s y demás.
La verdad es que el perdonar nos va a permitir vivir sin rencores ni deseos de venganza hacia los demás; es decir a ser felices. Esto no significa que justifiquemos la acción que cometió la personas que nos hizo daño pero si a estar atentos a ser nuevamente lastimados.
Es necesario perdonar por nosotros mismos, es una elección personal por nuestra salud mental, para liberarnos de las emociones que nos afectan que nos causan temor y desconfianza para enfrentar situaciones de vida. Aunque la persona que nos hirió no llegase a enterarse que la hemos perdonado es necesario hacerlo para seguir adelante más fortalecidos.
**¿Cómo empezar a perdonar?**
• Perdónese a usted mismo
• Decida pedir perdón
• Reconozca la culpa y el daño cometido
• Entienda que la situación que vivió no es su culpa.
• Aprenda a controlar sus emociones
• Aprende técnicas que te ayuden a manejar el estrés
• Sustituya imágenes negativas por positivas que le den paz y tranquilidad
• Imagine que tiene a la persona que le hizo daño frente y exprésele todo lo que sientes y cuanto le hizo sufrir.
• Escríbale cartas, exprésele el daño que le causo no para mandársela sino para descargar toda la rabia que trae dentro
• Sea empático colóquese en el lugar de la persona que l@ lastimo ¿qué responderías si le preguntan por que lo hizo?
• Supere el dolor para que la historia no se repita con sus hijos
• Aparte el orgullo
• Actúe desde la humildad
• Abra su corazón
• Reconozca que somos humanos y cometemos errores
• Sierra tus ojos e imagínate frente a la persona que l@ lastimo abrácelo y dígale yo te perdono, imagine un aura de felicidad entre ambas cuenta hasta diez y abra nuevamente los ojos.

• Serás una mejor persona
• Te haces bien a ti mismo
• Mejora tus relaciones familiares y sociales
• Trae felicidad a tu vida.
• Reduce tu estado de ansiedad y estrés
• No sentirás amargura, rencor ni odio en tu corazón
• Tendrás mejor calidad de vida
• Evita enfermedades producto del mal manejo de las emociones
Por todo lo antes escrito queridos amig@ la recomendación es que debemos perdonar, aunque no es sencillo por cuanto es un acto que requiere de mucha valentía, apartar el orgullo y el temor a ser humillados. Cuando se perdona a quién nos ha lastimado se libera el odio y el rencor que traemos guardado ¡nos liberamos¡ no sufre más la persona a la que le niegas el perdón lo sufres tú ya que cargas un peso constante que no te deja vivir ¡tu te lo mereces, perdona¡
