| body | "<p>Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu) memperpanjang penyaluran bantuan sosial (bansos) berupa bantuan langsung tunai ( BLT) dana desa. Kabar gembira tersebut dikeluarkan oleh Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani Indrawati dalam Keputusan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan (PMK) Nomor 50/PMK.07/2020 tentang Perubahan Kedua atas 205/PMK.07/2019 tentang Pengelolaan Dana Desa pada Tanggal 19 Mei 2020.</p>
Dalam hal ini Pemerintah menambah jangka waktu pemberian Bantuan Langsung Tunai dari 3 bulan menjadi 6 bulan, begitu juga jumlah besaran Alokasi Bantuan Langsung Tunai dari Rp1.800.000 menjadi Rp. 2.700.000 per Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM). "Dengan penambahan tersebut, maka total anggaran untuk BLT dana desa meningkat dari Rp 21,19 triliun menjadi Rp 31,79 triliun,atau sama dengan 44,9 persen dari pagu Dana Desa.</p>

Berdasarkan PMK 50 Tahun 2020 skema Penyaluran BLT Desa selama 6 Bulan paling cepat bulan April 2020.</p>

<strong style="font-size: 1rem;"><em>b. Rp. 600.000/KPM/bulan untuk bulan ke-1 s.d. bulan ke-3.</em></strong>

Selain itu, dalam PMK ini pemerintah juga menghapus batasan maksimal pagu Dana Desa yang dilakukan dalam rangka memberikan keleluasaan bagi pemerintah desa dalam menganggarkan BLT dalam anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa (APBDes), serta memperluas cakupan keluarga penerima manfaat.</p>

Sebelumnya disebutkan, metode dan mekanisme penyaluran alokasi anggaran dana desa untuk BLT hanya sebesar 25 persen bagi desa yang memiliki kurang dari Rp 800 juta per tahun. Sementara itu, desa yang memiliki anggaran sebesar Rp 800 juta sampai Rp 1,2 miliar harus mengalokasikan maksimal 30 persen dari total jumlah dana desa untuk BLT. Lalu, bagi desa yang menerima lebih dari Rp 1,2 miliar harus mengalokasikan 35 persen dari total anggarannya untuk penyaluran BLT.</p>
Pemerintah juga memberikan relaksasi dalam persyaratan penyaluran dana desa tahap I dan tahap II. Mekanisme yang diubah, yaitu dengan mengalihkan persyaratan Peraturan Desa mengenai APBDes sebagai persyaratan penyaluran dana desa tahap I, menjadi persyaratan penyaluran tahap III. Dengan begitu, persyaratan penyaluran dana desa tahap I akan menjadi lebih sederhana, yaitu hanya melampirkan peraturan bupati atau wali kota tentang penetapan rincian dana desa atau keputusan bupati atau wali kota mengenai penetapan rincian dana desa dan Surat Kuasa Pemindahbukuan. Kemudian, persyaratan penyaluran dana desa tahap II berupa laporan realisasi penyerapan dan capaian keluaran dana desa tahun anggaran sebelumnya, akan dialihkan menjadi persyaratan penyaluran dana desa tahap III, sehingga penyaluran dana desa tahap II menjadi tanpa persyaratan. " Penyaluran dana desa tahap I dan tahap II masing-masing dilakukan dalam tiga kali penyaluran, yaitu dengan besaran 15 persen, 15 persen, dan 10 persen,"</p>
