Cuando no te amas a ti mismo, se puede notar incluso en una simple foto. Pero ahora que eso ha cambiado, luzco diferente. Mis ojos brillan, mi sonrisa es verdadera y mis facciones se han suavizado. No solo lo noto yo, también las personas que son cercanas a mí y que me han ayudado en este proceso de aceptación.

Comencé aceptando que mis defectos me hacen quien soy, pero que siempre puedo ser mejor. Y entendí que los pliegues, curvas, manchas, vellos, estrías y cicatrices son normales. No me hacen menos, no me hacen fea.

Ahora cuando me veo en el espejo, veo a una mujer maravillosa, suficiente y capaz. Ahora puedo decir que soy mi mayor fan. Me amo, me acepto y me admiro. Ya no me avergüenzo de mi misma, ahora me enorgullece ser quien soy.

Desde hace algunos meses comencé a subir post motivacionales a mis redes sociales, para que las mujeres que se sientan inseguras comiencen a amarse y aceptarse, hasta el momento he tenido un impacto positivo, muchas comparten y comentan mis post, o me escriben para agradecerme, así que decidí que era momento de compartir mi historia con la comunidad de HIVE. ¡Espero les haya gustado!
