Creo que pocos podremos sacarnos de la cabeza ese: **My loneliness is killing me** de la famosa canción de Britney. Yo no la había olvidado, pero de vez en cuando hay que recordar las cosas buenas. Este Cover de Jack Black me tomó por sorpresa; lo vi en tiktok, y desde ese instante comenzó a repetirse en mi mente una y otra vez. Fue como escuchar un Hit de verano, mientras comes un helado y disfrutas del sol. El estilo del rock y la potente voz de Jack le dieron un toque muy bueno y actual; vaya que es increíble no contagiarse de esta nueva versión.
Si no conoces a Jack Black (algo que dudo) debo decirte que es un actor de cine, y al parecer cantante. La primera vez que lo escuché cantando fue en esa suerte de pieza musical breve que salió en la película de Mario Bros. Para aquellos que todavía no la han escuchado, se las dejo a continuación:

# This Week’s Challenge
Starting with walking around 1 block, walk around one additional block every day until the end of the week. For example, you’d start with walking around 1 block on March 29th, progress to walking around 2 blocks on March 30th, progress to walking around 3 blocks on March 31st, etc. If you complete the challenge, then you’ll have managed to walk around 28 blocks by the end of the week!
The walks around blocks do not have to be consecutive, although it may be better to do it this way so you don't lose momentum once you begin, and you can walk around different blocks too. Just ensure that you complete them with good form and without injury.
Feel free to post your progress on the challenge throughout the week, but please make sure that you post the final results on Fitness Friday!

# Some Precautions & Safety Warnings
When doing any exercise, pay attention to form first and foremost. Proper form is important for the purposes of safety and so that you can get the most out of the exercise. Improper form can lead to injuries and also decreases the efficacy of the exercise.
It is normal to feel muscle fatigue, and when approaching the end of a set, a bit of “burning” as you’re completing the movement. That burning sensation often comes from lactic acid buildup, and you’ll recognize it as you continue doing repetitions – it tends to go away pretty quickly once you finish the exercise.
If you feel sharp pain at any point, then immediately cease the challenge and go see a doctor as soon as you can. Do not push through sharp pain, or you risk worsening a potential injury.
