<h1>Rusia y Ucrania: una guerra que ya pesa demasiado</h1>
<p>Hace ya más de dos años que empezó la guerra entre Rusia y Ucrania, y todavía no termina. Y lo peor es que cada vez se siente más lejana para muchos, como si fuera algo que simplemente está ahí, en el fondo de las noticias, pero que ya no sorprende. Sin embargo, sigue siendo una tragedia brutal. Una guerra real, con gente que muere todos los días, con familias separadas, ciudades destruidas y un país entero resistiendo una invasión que nadie pidió.</p>
<p>Al principio, el mundo entero miraba con atención. Era impactante ver a Rusia, una de las potencias más grandes del mundo, invadir a su vecino bajo argumentos que, con el tiempo, se fueron cayendo por su propio peso. Putin hablaba de “desnazificar” Ucrania, de proteger a las poblaciones rusoparlantes, de cuestiones históricas que justificaban su accionar. Pero lo cierto es que lo que vimos fue una invasión armada a un país soberano, que ya desde 2014 venía lidiando con conflictos en su territorio, especialmente en el Donbás y, claro, con la anexión ilegal de Crimea.</p>
<p>Ucrania, por su parte, sorprendió a todos con su capacidad de resistencia. Muchos pensaban que caerían en días, que Kiev sería tomada rápidamente. Pero no. El pueblo ucraniano, con su ejército y su gente común armándose como podía, logró frenar la avanzada rusa y hasta recuperar parte del territorio perdido. Zelenski, su presidente, pasó de ser un ex comediante criticado a convertirse en símbolo de resistencia.</p>
<p>Y mientras tanto, el mundo empezó a tomar partido. Estados Unidos, Europa, y gran parte de Occidente se pusieron del lado de Ucrania, con apoyo militar, económico y político. Rusia quedó aislada en muchos sentidos, pero no completamente. China, Irán, y otros países la siguieron respaldando, o al menos no la condenaron del todo. Las sanciones económicas llegaron, pero no fueron suficientes para frenar la maquinaria rusa.</p>
<p>El conflicto se volvió largo, complicado, lleno de zonas grises. Aparecieron temas como los crímenes de guerra, los bombardeos a civiles, el uso de propaganda, las fake news, y hasta la amenaza nuclear. Se convirtió no solo en una guerra entre dos países, sino en una especie de tablero geopolítico donde se juegan muchas cosas más.</p>
<p>Y en medio de todo eso, la gente. Porque más allá de la política, los discursos, los intereses, están los que realmente la sufren: los civiles ucranianos que perdieron su casa, los soldados que van al frente sabiendo que tal vez no vuelvan, los niños que crecen en refugios, los rusos que también son mandados a pelear y mueren en una guerra que no eligieron. Es ahí donde más duele.</p>
<p>¿Hasta cuándo va a seguir esto? Difícil saberlo. La paz parece lejos, al menos mientras ninguna de las partes esté dispuesta a ceder. Rusia no quiere retirarse sin nada. Ucrania no quiere entregar ni un metro de su territorio. Y el mundo, entre el cansancio y la inflación que la guerra generó, empieza a mirar para otro lado.</p>
<p>Pero no deberíamos olvidarnos. Porque esta guerra, aunque no esté en nuestras calles, habla mucho del mundo en el que vivimos. Uno donde todavía se cree que el poder puede pasar por encima del derecho. Uno donde las guerras no son cosa del pasado.</p>
<p>Ojalá pronto podamos hablar de cómo terminó. Pero por ahora, lamentablemente, sigue.</p>

<p>It’s been over two years since the war between Russia and Ukraine began, and it’s still not over. What’s worse is that, for many, it feels increasingly distant — like background noise in the news, no longer shocking. But it remains a brutal tragedy. A real war, where people die every day, families are torn apart, cities are destroyed, and an entire country resists an invasion nobody asked for.</p>
<p>At first, the whole world was paying attention. It was shocking to see Russia, one of the world’s biggest powers, invade its neighbor with arguments that, over time, started falling apart. Putin talked about “denazifying” Ukraine, protecting Russian-speaking populations, and historical claims. But what we saw was an armed invasion of a sovereign country — one that had already been dealing with conflict since 2014, especially in Donbas and, of course, with the illegal annexation of Crimea.</p>
<p>Ukraine, on the other hand, surprised everyone with its ability to resist. Many believed they’d fall in days, that Kyiv would be taken quickly. But no. The Ukrainian people, with their army and everyday citizens arming themselves however they could, managed to stop the Russian advance and even recover some lost ground. President Zelenskyy went from being a criticized former comedian to a symbol of resistance.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, the world began to take sides. The U.S., Europe, and much of the West supported Ukraine with military, economic, and political aid. Russia became isolated in many ways — but not completely. China, Iran, and others continued backing it, or at least refrained from fully condemning its actions. Economic sanctions came, but they weren't enough to halt the Russian machine.</p>
<p>The conflict became long, complicated, and full of gray areas. Topics like war crimes, bombings of civilians, propaganda, fake news, and even nuclear threats began to emerge. It evolved into more than just a war

Me emociona mucho ya que al finalizar la primera parte nos dan un pequeño vistazo del área en la que jugaremos en su siguiente capitulo y eso es el área de Finley la serpiente marina.</div>

Es la primera vez que dibujo algo como una serpiente marina así que veamos como resulta.

<div class="text-justify">En esta ocasión voy a pasar a aplicar color en una sola capa ya que para el efecto que quiero lograr en el dibujo es la técnica que me sirve, agregando profundidad y delineado al pintar cada parte.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Al terminarlo añado el color del agua de fondo y una capa semi transparente del mismo color con un efecto que permita que se convine con los colores del personaje, adoptando levemente los tonos del agua para que se combinen y luzca sumergido.</div>

><div class="text-justify">In the game, Finley’s animated character is described as a sea serpent who is kind and shy, however, his evil version doesn’t seem to be kind or shy at all, so to work on that concept of the character, I came up with the idea of making it so that he was hiding behind the seaweed, leaving in front of him the test of breaking the animated version of him that looks friendly as if he were breaking that concept that doesn’t really represent him. So hiding him behind the seaweed seems to me to allow him to connect with that “shy” part of his evil version.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Una vez listo quiero enfocar más la visión hacia el así que añadiré ángulos efectos con la ayuda de Photoshop, siempre que dibujo mis dibujos van de Paint tool sai2 a Photoshop ya que dependiendo de lo que quiera hacer los programas me dan ciertas herramientas.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Lo primero es desenfocar las algas, corales y el dibujo roto, esto permite que la atención vaya al objeto nítido que en este caso es finley. Este dibujo como que se rompe en dos no lo dibuje, solo tome la imagen del personaje, le pase un poco de lineart y distorsione y modifique para que pareciera un cartón roto del dibujo, agregue unas manchas de sangre atrás y le agregue un delineado mas oscuro al dibujo.</div>
