I didn't but the first day was the hardest, it has been getting easier, I find 8 glasses of water a day keeps me going, I am not tired but that first day I was so so tired that I thought I was going to sleep for a week.

Tonight was a test as we went out for a birthday meal and I had to choose what to have, when it come to pudding I decided to sit out side until everyone had finished, I want to keep doing it, someone we know has eaten a low carb diet for 10 years so I am going to guess and say it is sustainable.
