The technicality about 50/50 reward system is that we will have less liquid token produced from it as compared to 75/25 split. Further, as the curation reward is 50%, more investors, communities will be willing to invest and join the ecosystem and more curation will happen, means the good content can be properly & organically curated(which has been an issue in Steem community). I think PAL team has really done a commendable job in this regard.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><img src=\"https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmWoQsdXkm2UQsFmsc41kMVATD4usTC7VAXyUdoGfEfSDG/p5.png\" /></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong>What STEEM is going to implement after HF21, already in place in case of PAL. Further, PAL looks very much simplified in terms of its payout. Curators will be encouraged to curate more post in case 50:50 split of reward. Probably less organic curation was the reason to why Steem is going to implement 50:50 reward split.
