In my country you can face charges for bringing a police officer and you never know who are you dealing with. He might take your money and let you go but the problem is they are never alone and they don't take risks as the other can never be trusted. </p><p>There were cases when police crews were monitored, video and audio survailed and the whole crew of 10 policemen went to jail on corruption charges and a small town had no local police till rose were replaced.</p><p>I try to respect the rules and not put myself in dangerous positions. It may sounds wired but it is the truth. </p>\n<p>Here, we have to give a certain amount of money even if you are going to process a legal work. Like a legal document, general diary for something missing or any other legal issues. And for accessing illegal way, everybody used to bribe the police man from ticketing to getting road pass.  </p>\n<p>It seems very common here and people take it normally, though the fact is not ethical. I once had to bribe a police man for doing a general diary for my missing money bag. I lost all my cards and money. There is no way they can find it. It's just the legal procedure to claim all my IDs and cards back.</p>\n<p>Changing this culture is become the necessity.
