He might take your money and let you go but the problem is they are never alone and they don't take risks as the other can never be trusted. </p><p>There were cases when police crews were monitored, video and audio survailed and the whole crew of 10 policemen went to jail on corruption charges and a small town had no local police till rose were replaced.</p><p>I try to respect the rules and not put myself in dangerous positions.
