In general I think that it would be very difficult for me to ever forget or forgive something like that. If you're in a committed relationship; there are very little excuses to ever cheat. If things aren't going great with you as a couple, it's both your responsibility to either try and fix the problem or break up. </p>\n<p>Cheating is pretty much inexcusable, since there are other options. I don't know what I would think if it was a one-off thing.
