The effect of yoga in reducing depression, no any medicine can't do. It gives us a fresh feeling and also help us to be active throughout the day. There are many Asanas and mudras that help us to coordinate our body and mind. Vayu mudra is one of the effective mudra in yoga. The following are the two effective and simple Asana that will help you to get rid of depression. It also gives <strong>refreshment and rejuvenates our mind.</strong> <br>\n<br>\n1. โ€œ<strong>Anulom Vilom</strong>. โ€œ In this asana we should sit straight and our backbone should be straight. We should intake air through our one nostril and release it by other. It is very beneficial for us mainly for nervous system and the brain. It also help in reducing tension and increases concentration. This Asana is also good to cure <strong>migraine and blood pressure.</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><img src=\"https://www.sarvyoga.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/anulom-vilom-steps.jpg\" /></p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br>\n<br>\n2. <strong>'Shavasanaโ€™</strong> : It is also one of the effective Asana or Posture in yoga.this Yoga resembles a dead body and that's why it is called โ€œ Shavasana โ€˜ in hindi. This posture is very easy to practice but when you do shavasana , you should release your body and mind completely free. As far as my knowledge, this posture is done at the end of daily practices. This posture will help you to get rid of your depression</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><img src=\"https://www.theayurveda.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/shavasana-yoga-benefits1.jpg\" /></p>\n<p>.<br>\n<br>\nThere are some more methods to get rid of your depression. When you feel tension always try to watch <strong>comedy programmes</strong> or try to engage you in <strong>entertaining activities</strong>. You can also go for a <strong>travel</strong> . Traveling gives you complete refreshment. Always try to be happy and you should always try to mingle with others so that you will be able to forget your tension and will be able to cure from depression. <br>\n<br>\n<br>\nTalking with parents especially your mother can reduce the depression to some extend. Going out for a trip for few days to a new place can make you feel refreshed and reduce your stress level. <br>\n<br>\nDiverting our mind by concentrating on what we like that can be even singing dancing etc will help you feel relaxed. Never keep your mind idle avoid over thinking by learning new things.
