<p> I usually suffer from insomnia, despite being tired from the activities I do day after day.</p> <p>I have tried many methods to sleep, and some have been useful but not always work. I spent a lot of time looking for the right method to sleep, and the only method that has worked perfectly is to<strong> put on headphones and listen to quiet music.</strong> </p> <p>I usually listen to songs with soft rhythms and beautiful lyrics, which makes me relax completely to the point of getting to sleep. It is a very good method to relax your body and sleep. </p> <p>To be able to do it the only thing that you have to buy or get, are comfortable headphones that do not damage the ears, an MP3 device and songs with light rhythms, besides putting songs with little audio so you don't damage your ears. </p>
