<p>For me I only experience sleeplessness when the day/week has been spent unwisely, no exercise, no stress just lazing about. Come night time, I will have to practically self induce sleep for me night rest. </p><p>My bail out is isochronic tones, they are used with other beats to produce brainwaves that can induce sleep, improve focus in a process called brainwave entrainment. </p><p>It is very affordable and may be just what you need.</p>
