Push the volume up and volume down buttons, then push done the AI dedicated button or should I say the Bixby button. It should take you to the same archaic looking menu that I told you about. If it doesn't work then try connecting it to a computer while you're doing it.</p><p>If all this doesn't work then you could simply try and simulate a button by using a toothpick or any small material to push down the contact point of your button that's inside the phone.
