In simple words Yoga is an exercise that has different posture that you need to do slowly and steadily. Remember that at once you will not be able to get the posture right but with regular practice and consistency you will be able to get there.</p>\n<p>2. <strong>Mediation comes handy</strong></p>\n<p>Meditation is worth giving a try. You just need to set aside 10 mins in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening. Just sit at a quiet place with your eyes closed and let your thoughts flow in. For myself, I make sure to find one positive thing in any and every thought that comes to my mind. It truly works very well. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><img src=\"https://images.pexels.com/photos/1051838/pexels-photo-1051838.jpeg?auto=compress&cs=tinysrgb&h=750&w=1260\" /></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong>Mediation has lots of benefits for our Soul and Body</strong></p>\n<p>- It controls stress</p>\n<p>- Helps control anxiety</p>\n<p>- You are more aware of things going on in life</p>\n<p>- It helps you slow down your thoughts</p>\n<p>- Helps promote emotional health</p>\n<p>- In some cases, meditation has even helped fight addiction</p>\n<p><strong>3. Drinking Luke warm water</strong></p>\n<p>In the morning as soon as you wake up drink a glass or 2 of Luke warm water. Yes!! Lot of people suggest that you add a drop of lemon to it. But I would say just have plain Luke warm water, nothing added to it. </p>\n<p>It will help improve you metabolism QUICKLY. Plus all through out the day whenever possible, try consuming warm water instead of plain cold water. This is also a great weight loss remedy.</p>\n<p><strong>4. Walking</strong></p>\n<p>This one is my favorite, requires no equipment. Simply when ever you feel bugged off, stressed out go for a 10 minutes walk. If you work in office all day and sit in one place. </p>\n<p>When ever you go out for that tea break make sure to do a quick 5 to 10 minutes walk. Walking like this in breaks for 20 to 30 minutes a day works wonderfully well for your health and well being. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><img src=\"https://images.pexels.com/photos/6346/healthy-light-woman-legs.jpg?auto=compress&cs=tinysrgb&dpr=2&h=750&w=1260\" /></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong>5. Ten squads daily</strong></p>\n<p>If nothing is possible, when ever you have time do 10 sit ups or 10 squads and see the magic.
