He made a chair from local woods from carpentery shops and finally had his own weight lifting equipments as well. He also used items like our sofa in the house.</p>\n<p>He goes under the sofa and gradually life it up and down, counting it slowly to know how he was progressing each day.</p>\n<p>He also made it mandatory to be able eat bread without yeast, milk without fatty acid instead be drank whole milk and stayed away from fatty food like bacons, pork and he ate a lot of berries and nut as well.</p>\n<p>Lastly he always ran a distance between the city mall to our home and each day he increased the distance, I would have shown you a pictures but I don't know how to upload images on musing.io, I've tried.
