It was a person who remembered all the bad things he did to me, that in the slightest neglect of the other person, I reminded him how badly he had done to me. Many times people around me even asked me how I could remember that, if it had happened a long time ago, and I felt good remembering those negative thoughts and actions.
\n
But one day, I remember that my head started to hurt a lot. I was having a family problem at the time, so I went to the doctor and he checked me without apparently finding anything harmful, but he referred me to a psychologist anyway. At first I was reluctant to visit him, but then, convinced by my family and friends, I went to the appointment.
\n
This experience has been one of the most enriching I have ever had. One of the things I remember is that she looked at my hands and asked me why they were closed. Never in my life had I realized that I kept my hands closed, made a fist, as if at war with life. Another thing was that it touched my back and it hurt a lot, I remember she massaged me and told me to put the sack aside. What's in it,\" I asked. And she said to me: the sack that you carry with you and where you put everything bad that people do to you or happen to you. That sack is the one that makes you sick and bent.
\n
I think that carrying those negative things, only harm you. Only snakes carry their poison and do not die. Negative feelings not only make you unhappy, they can also make you sick. So learn to let go, to smile, and especially, to forget. Life is just one to lose in living the past and bitter. Let's live the present and grateful
","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"f3mwmnnzq","appParentAuthor":"cryptoandcoffee","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |
