Sincerely, the appreciation that managers and senior managers should be a priority and should be said more often than they usually express.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We usually forget how much we really need those who do our work to make us money. Without them you really would have that company ?? I don `t believe.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Apart from gratitude, the problem is that we see those who do certain jobs as moneymaking machines and that is one of the worst problems that every company has, however big or small it may be.
