Too much stress has a bad effect on our body as well as on our skin which makes you look older than you actually are. You can indulge in meditation and yoga to control your stress levels. You don't have morning alarm You don't workout (jogging , rope jump, gym, badminton, tennis etc) You don't have any hobby (book reading, coin collection, music collection, words collection etc) You are average in your own field ( average in Engg knowledge even being enggineer, lack of knowledge of diseases even being mbbs etc) You think that what you can think and conclude nobody else can do that. You think you are too smart to learn from others. You blame others for failure and give excuses for everything. You don't know when you want to buy your own house or car or bike. You do a lot of online shopping. You have thousands of so called friends on Facebook . And you give your precious time to look what they are doing in there life but you don't look in your life for same. Wherever you go you search for places to take photos to upload. If your mind is full of unnecessary task then how you can think about important tasks. If you are overweight and you don't have fitness app to maintain your weight. If you know what your girlfriend had for lunch but don't know what your mother /father/brother/sister had. If you don't have your own diary. If you don't have regular savings in your account. If you don't throw garbage in dustbin, if you piss in open areas. These things will indicate about your intellectua level of brain.
