It depends on your time frame. If you want your account to grow big long-term, then I suggest buying Steem and power it up. If you just want to throw around some big upvotes for a while, then go ahead and lease a bunch of Steem Power. I generally prefer to own rather than lease, and by owning the coins, you have full control of them. They are yours for as long as you want, and can always be used to make you some money.
